One thing I like about the demo version of Sandy’s Tree Dome, is that the glass is actually transparent and you can see the background outside of it. Not only does it look nicer, it also adds to the immersion in my opinion, unlike the solid blue glass in the final version.

Wow, you're right! I wonder why they changed it. Maybe performance issues? Would have been cool to keep it transparent though!
