this is so old, but her soft vibrato is killing meeee ❤️❤️
I’ve been using this video to help me learn this song for my singing lessons. I only have class once a week, so having this helps me when I practice alone.
Wow. I mean, wow.
This takes so much talent to do this with simply a voice. No blocking. No sets. Sheer vocal genius
Well that's sweet of you to say! Thanks!
@@rosaliegraziano9701 I hope you understand I respect it takes work too. I just mean, to paint the picture you do, without a set or anything like that is truly impressive.
I play guitar and sing and have been fortunate to play all over the world. So I understand what it takes.
The picture you paint with just your voice is incredible
that intro vocals... oh my goodness i cant stop listening to rendition.. you are awesome!!! a hidden gem youtube.
I now get when people say they were “floored” by a performance. Someone literally just standing in a box took me to an entire world. Built the whole thing for me to see with their voice alone.
42 seconds I like her. Oh she;s good. She's Audrey. Totally in love. well done young lady.
I believe this is the best performance of this song I have heard.
I'm currently practicing this song for an audition and this totally inspired me! I loved it! Completely adorable!
So this was a year ago... how did the audition go?
How'd the audition go?
You got this?!?!?!?!?!?!?!.
She killed it 😀😀 I wish this was on Apple Music so I can put it on replay, thank god for RUclips thou 😄😄😄

Your voice is just a delight!
Brava, Rosalie! In my opinion, of all the performances I've heard of "Somewhere That's Green" your performance most closely captures the sensitivity, yearning, innocence, strength and love of Ellen Greene's original rendition.
In the future, PLEASE don't let your accompanist push the tempo on "dating a semi-sadist" and "well if not he's got inner beauty". Two precious moments that need to be savored.
Amazing stuff! This woman should be on Broadway!
Wonderful job. Very natural feeling and not pushed.
This is my very favourite song in "Little Shop of Horrors" and your voice is amazing so I may or may not have broken the replay button
The thumbs down on this are haters!!!! They don’t know Music
Great job, this is the sweetest song ever written.
Beautiful cover!
Beautifully interpreted and performed. Bravo!
Well dang that was GREAT!!!!Beautiful voice. Please tell me you sing on Broadway!!!!!
Broadway. You have to see songs performed by different actors. Each one is different. But see it on their own way. Ellen Greene is only one of many Audrey's.
Beautiful voice, and you can really tell you’re feeling the song with the facial expressions! I don’t know if that was intentional but I loved it. Keep doing stuff like this!!
You got me. Great job.
The perfect song to karaoke if you want to look stupid... She nailed it. Perfect tone and enunciation.
I know Seymour's the greatest
But I'm dating a semi-sadist
So I've got a black eye
And my arm's in a cast.
Still, that Seymour's a cutie
Well, if not, he's got inner beauty
And I dream of a place
Where we could be together at last
A matchbox of our own
A fence of real chain link,
A grill out on the patio
Disposal in the sink
A washer and a dryer and an ironing machine
In a tract house that we share
Somewhere that's green.
He rakes and trims the grass
He loves to mow and weed
I cook like Betty Crocker
And I look like Donna Reed
There's plastic on the furniture
To keep it neat and clean
In the Pine-Sol scented air
Somewhere that's green
Between our frozen dinner
And our bedtime, nine-fifteen
We snuggle watchin' Lucy
On our big, enormous twelve-inch screen
I'm his December Bride
He's Father, he Knows Best
Our kids play Howdy Doody
As the sun sets in the west
A picture out of Better Homes and Gardens magazine
Far from Skid Row
I dream we'll go
Somewhere that's green.
Bravo ❤😊
Wow what a voice, gave me goose bumps. Thanks
Lovely. Simply and wonderfully lovely.
Fantástico. Muy bien interpretado en lo vocal y en lo actoral.
Incredible I clicked by accident and actually listened to your whole rendition.
I literally have to learn this song for tomorrow for my MT class. You sang this beautifully❤

哇嗚!好聽!What a performance!
This is so good!
This is awesome!! :D
Great voice! Love the accent to.
What kind of evil dislikes this?
There is apparently 5 singing evils in the word
🥰🥰🥰🌺🌺🌺👍🏿
very nice, but no one hits that range like the legend Ms. Greene
Your mature voice remind me of a younger "Annie" .. and those songs were enriching.. so maybe take a look at that movie/theater adoptions..
Omg! She does sound just like Annie!!!
No
