no alcohol.... no cigarettes..... no junk food.... I eat small portions of mediterraean diet and I walk at least 1 mile every day... I am slender and look 10 years younger!
I drink alcohol, i smoke, i dont walk everyday (i am an active woman in general), i eat healthy tho, and i look 20 years younger 😁. It's the genes i guess
@@btstakescareofmewhenimsick4892 With your genes and without smoke and alcohol, you just might become a fetus.
Yes but what’s your vision like?
@@btstakescareofmewhenimsick4892 I thank my beloved parents first and foremost for nourishing me with the best Food and that is fresh fruit and vegetables daily! Grazia!
@@tigressnsnow Maybe her eyesight is bad thats why she thinks she looks 20 years younger
My eyesight started to decline & developed spots. Started to take an eye vitamin that contains these mentioned ingredients. 2 years later, my eyesight is better than before, also dry eye not a problem anymore. Highly recommend an eye vitamin.
Thank you for sharing this!!
Which one do you use?
What brand, please?
@@gristlevonraben I do not know what brand she used. But an eye specialist told my friend to take Saffron 20mg is good! And macular degeneration in family
@@cattracks7128 thank you
I like tomatoes, carrots and peppers. Could it be that they together repaired my vision? Still trying to figure it out. Started wearing glasses at 12 years old and ended up with perfect vision at at 74. While driving wearing my then glasses, I noticed I couldn't see as well as before. Thought "need new glasses". Then I noticed that if I took off my glasses I could see perfectly well. Haven't worn glasses since and yes I still drive.
My husband & have always eaten as Dr. Li is suggesting. We are both thin &.healthy . But don’t look at his eating as a miracle, or age preventing diet. You may be healthier. But your body is going to get- what you’re going to get. We both have cataracts forming. We grow our own tomatoes and eat them nearly every meal…..
I eat a fruit that is in season....cherries - watermelon.... Kiwi.... these fruits are my snack!
I just make spaghetti with carrots celery tomatoes red bell pepper onions and combination of beef and pork
Great except for the pork
@@clayrains3496 I agree.
Great except vegetables have more nutrients if they’re raw not cooked.
Berro, vegetales de hojas verdes tomates. Zanahorias. Pimientos rojos Fresas o frutillas. Gracias. Thank you
Glad you liked the video!
What about vitamin D3 and omiga 3 or liver cod oils and minerals ❤
Thank you so much Dr William Li, I really enjoyed listening to you and your advice on eye health. I’ve subscribed and given you a thumbs up too
@@Cyrilmc222004 oh yes I too love dr. William Lee I read his column daily! He is the best … Mediterranean diet has always been my choice ! Live your life with healthy habits. ! Best way to go !
😂THEN WHY ARE YOU WEARING GLASSES???🤣🤪😝😵💫🥸😎
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I can't eat most of these foods but carrots are one that I can and I really really appreciate the recipes! My mouth is watering so I need to buy some and try your ideas!
He is wearing glasses
😂 🤓
Oh, the IRONY!!!
Careful. He didn't say the foods will prevent glasses; he said they will protect eyes and reduce vision loss. Something to consider: Maybe his eyeglasses prescription would need to be stronger if he were not eating the foods he mentions.
Thank you Dr. Li for all your information. No negative comments here, just grateful for videos and information.
Wearing glasses maybe b/c he's nearsighted/has myopis? Nearsightedness is usually due to "long" eyeballs or very curved corneas. Those really have nothing to do with gradual vision loss or eye disease like the ones mentioned in the video.
Thank you!
Fabulous information, terrific health tips.
Glad you liked the info!
I’ve been taking eye vitamins for a few years. They definitely help. I will also try the foods you recommended. Thank you.
Hello Doctor Lee, You always add a fantastic idea for our health

Watercress , tomatoes, carrots, red Bell pebers, strawberries❤❤❤
Thank you for watching!
True he's wearing his glasses
They may be his wife’s.
I have allergy to soy beans so I think chick peas is in the family... but I love the rest of the items - except 'watercress' I need to get some and try it! Thank you
Chickpeas aren’t soy related
@@brookeleigh1455 Thanks
Apparently it does not work you have on glasses Dr Lee
There are several eye conditions that require someone to wear glasses or contacts - in spite of the fact that the wearer has 20/20 vision.
Astigmatism - which causes improper curvature of the eye,
Hyperopia - farsightedness
and
Strabismus - when both eyes are unable to look in the same direction at the same time, which is due to a neuromuscular issue.
None of these conditions are caused by poor dietary habits.
@@lena-mariaglouis-charles7036
Perhaps then, he should say that ???

I only responded to the main comment to point out that ignorance is clearly alive and well - and that common sense and critical thinking skills are seemingly non-existent.
Thankyou❣️
Thanks!
Do you people have received consent from Dr. William Li to use his content in your video?
Is there vitamin or mineral or nutrients that can enforce strength and thickness of the nerve that connects to the back of the eye? and exercise of eye movement?
I also have 10 packets of donuts 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩
Thanks for sharing this information

Does this have anything to do with glucoma
Wow awesome info! And those nice RECIPES are wonderful! Thank you Doctor Li. Subscribed.
Thank you!!
BERROS!! GRCS , NO RECORDABA EL NOMBRE EN ESPAÑOL.. 😁
good post.
Stop these stupid comments about wearing glasses….he’s not saying when your diagnosed and need glasses these foods can heal or restore your eye vision, …he’s saying you can keep them from developing eye diseases and eat the correct vitamins that aid in that….grow a brain haters!
Thanks!
I Like The Strawberry 🍓 Do you?
Of course.
See above comment
Strawberry is an allergy for me. Frozen berries might be ok, not sure.
Its not about Health with these scientists its about keeping the problem going makes them lots of money
How so?
@@vitazenhealth we don't need to wait on scientists to tell us what is evident. They interfere mostly in what could be much simpler and natural for the body. Plus there is always a consequence when taking their Drugs
Dr Lee. Is there vitamin, mineral, nutrients that can enforce strength and thickness of the nerve that connects to the back of the eye?
WWOooHHW!!
Thanks!
I want to know why he is wearing glasses too.
If it is so good why is Dr Lee still wearing glasses?
So why Dr Lee wearing glasses
How come Dr. Li wears glasses if this cures vision problems?
We’ve never said the word ‘cure’ in our video…..
Give us a break!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂@@vitazenhealth
Good one.
❤
If this repairs vision as the title suggests then why does he wear glasses?
Too much of a good thing can be bad. If you eat nothing but watercrest, tomato, carrot, red bell pepper, and strawberry, you could get orange skin (as in jaundice in babies and carotenemia in adults) from the excessively high level of beta-carotene in the blood.
Thank you!
