If I was you, I would keep it all on one channel and just keep going. The views and subscribers will snowball eventually. Not sure why the views have gone down recently, I don’t think it’s anything you’re doing. Just algorithm not algorithming, I guess. I know it feels kinda weird to be asking for likes and subscribes in your videos, but I think it may help with getting your videos seen more. Best of luck and keep up the great work!! 🌼
Hi Michelle, thank you for this relaxing and personal/open heart type video. I forced myself to stay awake so that I could give you answers lol but the whispers were really tingly. I started following you last summer on RUclips and I’ve been following you for a few weeks on TikTok. For me, watching ASMR really has different purposes : I watch your RUclips videos to fall asleep whereas I watch your tiktoks (live or videos) to relax throughout the day since it’s shorter content. My favorite type of videos that you do are clicky whisper rambles, positive affirmations, girl talk/matcha talk and for triggers just simple natural hair play but your roleplays could totally include some of it in some way so I’m open to it. I think that you should keep one channel and just post the content that makes you happy, you have this freedom (which is very important) of creating what you like and since you’re so consistent I’m sure everyone will be content with at least one video that you post throughout the week. You could switch between role plays and rambles, according to a schedule so that everyone will be happy in some way. You don’t have to stick to one type, on the contrary what is good and not boring about a RUclips channel is its variety. I think that opening a second channel will be more unnecessary work. You could also bring your tiktok followers to your RUclips channel by posting sneak peeks or previews of your RUclips videos and write something like “the rest of the video is on my RUclips channel” or “tonight on my RUclips channel”. I’m sure you’ll figure it out, you are talented and creative 💕 PS : you should definitely talk about the shows and things that you enjoy, I still rewatch the video you posted last year where you were giving your opinion about the summer I turned pretty, it’s really interesting !

So sorry numbers have been down for you lately- I know the feeling, and it’s frustrating! Especially when you work as hard as you do. If it’s any consolation it happens to us all at one point or another, although I know that doesn’t solve anything. As for what kind of videos to make, life updates / whisper rambles / talking about topics important to you (basically anything that only YOU can make 😊) are my favorites, but I love everything you do. The quality of your ASMR is truly top-notch and I always watch because I love 1) the way you think about things and 2) your particular voice / mic set up / hand movements. (Thank you also for the shout out! 🤗💜) In terms of membership / second channel etc, it can be a good idea to experiment and see what works as long as it doesn’t stretch you too thin. Usually I’m asking myself: what is the best use of my energy, and how can I make it easier? That said I’m not a full-time creator 😊 Sending lots and lots of love and hoping the clarity you want is just around the corner 💜💜💜

Honestly, the only videos I watch on this channels (and other ASMR channels) are gossip , matcha talk , clicky whisper rambles , close up whisper storytime etc. I love it so much. ❤❤❤ I think numbers have been down for you lately cuz a lot of people was here just for DATING GOSSIP 😢 that was so fun to watch. Interestingly, my galaxy lamp started making a similar noise a few weeks after buying it 🤔 Anyway, it's unfortunate about your numbers, but i think you've definitely built a *solid fan base* and that's an important step out of the way imho. Personally, I'm here for the matcha talks, clicky whisper rambles, life updates and all the of the German talk stuff! Wishing you the best with the channel and in life. I also went through a similar situation as you in Portugal except I've already been in Japan for 10 years lol The time kind of just flies by eventually 😅

Hello Michelle. My personal opinion as a business owner is to take and master ONE task at a time. Figure out a way to build your followers on RUclips before you expand. As far as meshing two RUclips pages, keep one and just organize it in your playlist so that people can go to the area of your channel that appeals to them most. Don’t overthink or be in a rush.
The lighting is IT, Michelle 👏🏿. We understand where you're coming from. Personally, I like the current state of your channel. I enjoy all of your asmr concepts/themes. It's a shame your viewership has taken a dip. I've notice that ever since RUclips changed the pre-roll & post roll ad settings, asmr viewership has gone down a bit for a number of channels. Firstly, the whispers in this video are perfect!! 🫶🏻 Regarding your dilemma - I personally love your roleplays, but I also watch the rambles/other videos depending on what I'm in the mood for. So the variety works for me! But I totally understand the frustration of your hard work not translating into results. I've accepted the fact that some videos won't do well for my channel, even though it's a video I really want to make. I think it helps to strike a balance between making what majority of your viewers want (in your case, rambles & clicky whispers) but also make what you want - so maybe like rambles one week, personal attention next week, then rambles/whispered content again. That way you can continue to grow whilst still leaving room for other types of videos to potentially do well/attract the right audience! I see channels that niche down but still have random other types of videos do well, and I feel like my channel goes through that too. Just my two cents ☺️ I believe in creating for enjoyment and not just surrendering to the algorithm, and the right audience will find you! I hope you get to enjoy making RUclips videos again!
