Crazy Eddie was suffering. All his people were really anxious and he knew something was wrong but not what. Then everyone left him. Alone. He had no choice. He would eat the carpet.

I completely agree with how amazing our rescue workers and nurses are! Like Elly, my son Harry was rushed to another hospital the day after he was born and diagnosed with a severe congenital heart condition. Five years later and 3 open heart surgeries, he's an absolute miracle🙏. The people who helped him all these years are truly angels on Earth.

Jill, you have been through so much. Dare I use the word you guys don't like - well - in my opinion, you DESERVE to live in comfort at this stage of life. You should not have to be cold in the winter or miserable hot in the summer. After all, if not now, when? You have paid your dues. I'm sorry, but I just have to say it. If anyone deserves some of life's comforts and pleasures, it's YOU. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. Can't wait for more Penny Pinching Mama episodes. Blessings to you all.

I find when piloting our plane that the worst part about flying in a storm is the landing. You can use autopilot to guide the plane in route, but you have to see the runway to land the plane.

Since I started watching you in January, we have paid off almost 20k in debt! It's amazing how much money I was spending 😣 Once Tawra said that if you are spending your husband's paycheck faster than he makes it then you aren't honoring him. Well, that did it! I have a ton of guilt from my past spending but I'm trying to move forward. In fact, I think a video on the guilt some of us have would make a great video 😉

Lol. Tawra...love your humor...no drugs. No drugs. Did i tell you 22 hrs. With no drugs.lol. Jill life flight people are awesome!! Had several people i know lives were saved because of them. Having lived in Durham and Chapel Hill NC for quite a while at any given time you looked up in the sky and could see the life flight choppers of Duke and UNC and at times Ft. Bragg choppers with a red cross as well. Yes Ronald McDonald House also awesome. Did a lot of volunteering at UNCs. Made food for them too.

    Tawra and Jill,
I know what you mean about just leaving.
I was at work, and very pregnant with my 5th child, and there was the start of an ice storm.
It only happens once in a blue moon here in Texas.
My job was over an hour away.
Everyone was going home, but I was the receptionist which means you have to stay last.
When I finally was "allowed" to leave it was so icy a guy had to help me maneuver to my car so I didn't fall.
All the way home cars were running into each other and going off the road, not being able to brake.
I was slipping and sliding and gripping the steering wheel so hard, not able to see.
It took me over 10 hours to get home.
This is right when cell phones came out.
Some of the rich people I worked for had them, but I didn't.
    We didn't have any money.
If we had I would have left the minute I heard the weather report, but I couldn't afford to lose my job.
    My family was worried sick.
There is not a day that goes by that I don't regret my decision.
My baby's life, and my life were worth more than that.
Luckily we made it home unharmed which was quite the accomplishment because I hadn't ever encountered ice.
Neither had a lot of other people, that's why no one could drive.
That same pregnancy (#5) I got in a car accident (it was pouring rain) with my daughter, and totaled my car.
I tried to break but my little Toyota hydroplaned into a huge SUV.
Their car barely had a scratch.
    We survived.
We survived a lot of things really.
Thank you for reminding me how blessed we are!

Can you make a playlist of all of these? I am back on episode 16? I think and I can’t find it when I go look for it so I give up and then get farther behind... I like to listen and clean because most are little lengthy and I don’t have to watch a tutorial or anything so they keep going but I have a lot of life in the last year.

Such a difference in different parts of the country. In San Jose, CA the bulk of the population delays marriage and children...where then men can see their income and what they can “offer”. This means late 30’s....when they’ll get married and have 1 or 2 kids and the woman is forced to work for life and they buy homes based on 2 incomes. Luckily my sisters are exceptions...but are in a small minority there. I fled the place a long time ago. Had I known just south of it there was tremendous opportunity I would have gone there to LA. Jill, you seem like you should be well married but I understand when women would never marry again. If you met the right person that changes. I have increased my wealth so much by leaving San Jose and I did it myself.
