You can then work on her face with Photoshop, adding blood in her mouth and sharp teeth. It is all about being creative. A lot of work goes into film making. If you mean that your character isn't consistent in different positions and locations and keeps deforming, unfortunately, there's a known issue with character consistency that we hope will be resolved in the future.
