I discovered Mr inbetween 10 days ago..... I've got 3 episodes left. I'll be gutted when it's all done. The best thing I've seen in quite a while.
Me too. I discovered it less than a week ago and have just completed it.

It's great isn't it. I stumbled across it a few years ago on Fox & was hooked from the moment I watched it
The thing to do when you've reached the end...is to begin it all over again! You'll be amazed at the hidden gems you missed the 1st time

I just watched all of the shows over 2 days yesterday and the day before. What a show, really great ending. Was glad when I seen they weren't doing another series. Be careful who you fuck with chaps and chappettes 😁💚
This show deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as Breaking Bad or Barry. Actors are all amazing, writing is flawless, directing is superb and editing pacing is immaculate. It’s a travesty that Nicholas Cassim didn’t win let alone nominated for an Emmy for his performance as Bruce. You literally see the subtle degeneration of someone suffering from MND each time he appears in a scene. This is as close to a perfect show as I’ve ever seen and each season just keeps getting better.
Cassim as Bruce is so good that I had to google it to make sure he didn't have MND for real. What a performance, it would've been so easy to overact it, but he got it perfect. Superb show.
I got bored of breaking bad, Mr Inbetween left me wanting more. Not seen this Barry you speak of though, ill have to check it out sometime cheers

I agree, but also the episodes are so tight that it is even better than BB or Barry. BB is epic, for sure, but definitely had some dragging/filler episodes, and Barry S01+02 are also great; I think Mr Inbetween was consistent throughout the whole series, which isn't something I can say about the other two shows. And you're 100% right about Cassim, the acting was top notch.
It’s better than that Breaking Bad.

100% this show was a masterpiece
Just utterly superb, the scripts, the performances, the humour and the pathos.
How about the ending scene in the taxi whereby the two lads had taxi driver, Ray Shoesmith, drive them to a dark and remote late night spot to kill him? ... That ending scene of a sinister Shoesmith grin ... WHOA!!!!!!!!

Most underrated series. This is so amazing from story, to dialogue to acting and writing. I love it. 10 out of 10

If you haven't seen this watch it. It's got something. It has a quality that puts it right up there with the very best. I binged it. I couldn't get enough and I pray they bring it back cause it's epic.

I have been completely blown away by this series. Scott Ryan and cast are amazing. Everything about is kinda so real, all characters seem totally honed in from the beginning to end.

The main person - one of the main is Brittany which is absolutely greatly performed by Chika. The person brought into the movie love, affection, kindness and that was a great decision of filmmakers to bring this character. And Chika was great!
Great show, couldn't get enough of it. It's not the usual action man plot, but neither is it an art-house show you'll be forced to watch with your partner. I also liked that it didn't glorify violence, but acknowledged it as a requirement in n some instances

Where to start? Because the episodes are short it lends itself well to binge watching and it’s so compulsive most people will do it all in a few days. It’s far more than a hard man hit man series. It’s shocking, sweet, funny, dramatic , all the good stuff rolled in to one. The casting was perfection, totally nailed it. Ray’s brother calls for a special mention and his daughter in the series is destined for fame, surely, but Scott Ryan as Ray was so charismatic, so believable, amazing screen presence. That smile, charming and dangerous all at once. You should abhor him but you just can’t. Such a talent. Can’t wait to see more stuff from him. Cute too 😊

I firmly believe that everyone that stumbles across this series feels like they’ve just found buried treasure…staring at it…almost in disbelief of how great it is and that they’d never heard of it before…and can’t wait to tell everyone they know about it.
I hope Mr Ryan continues to put in work like this, it is brilliant.
His daughter is such a cutie and has a very interesting personality of her own. Her dynamic with her dad is as interesting as anything in the show. Can’t wait to see what Scott Ryan does next !

This show was so astounding to discover, and (as an American) to realize it was an Australian production. Scott Ryan should be proud of what he created. I'm just surprised it's an 'underground' thing, as good as it is. I'd expect this to be basically a global viral hit.

I just smashed all 3 series in 4 days. One of the best things I've seen on TV in as long as I can remember. I was gutted at the end of series one KNOWING it ended, but it didnt soften the blow. I'll miss you Ray.

this the first show to really suck me in and get attached to a character awesome awesome series!!
So I finished the episode were he was searching for Maddie. It was so intense I needed to watch something else so I popped on Reacher. I really liked Reacher but someone recommended Mr Inbetween. So anyway after binging Mr Inbetween and finishing that episode I tried to go back and watch Reacher and all I could think was this is the most American bullshit ever. And I really liked that show. Mr Inbetween is on such another level. Needs more attention.

I literally just found this absolutely fantastic show on Disney+....just finished season 2 episode 9....one of the absolute best shows I've ever seen.
I’m amazed Scott Ryan hasn’t been in much else other than Mr In-Between and The Magician. He is fantastic in this role.
I’d love a Guy Richie take on the Australian Criminal underworld with Ray popping his head up in it somewhere 😂

Just a great show. One of the few shows I've thought about days after watching an episode. Ray is such a complex character and well written. I really wish they would have done another season. Still trying to figure out the ending.

This series displays the “dis-connect” between the Bourgeois mentality of the middle-class with the outcome constricted mentality of the Upper and Lower classes of the Australian society, garnished by the “deferred gratification of the middle-class versus the instant gratification of the Upper and Lower. The eternal battle that started at the time of the Magna Carta!
Only 3 seasons but its my favourite comedy dramas of the last 10 yrs maybe more
