This High res imagery is available for only a few regions. This is why this guy shows Dhaka. Not available for all regions.
Freely not available all region but if you want you can buy it for any region

I think it is not Global and it provided only some location, as MAXAR is not free for some location not like Planet, Sentinel-2 and Landsat images

Certainly a useless and wasteful video. It is impossible to get the image of our concern and time unless someone uploads the image that coincides with our study area. As I see from this site, most of the map is empty with only sporadic and specific images uploaded.
