It’s levels to it and the instructor makes up some serious routines and the moves get really advanced! And don’t let her put on some New Orleans bounce music! Stop being a hater! This is a cardio workout and it’s definitely not for an 80yr old! Dancers are some of the most in shape ppl on this planet without the gym! If you don’t have coordination just say that! 😩
