    I just love how he pushes you and motivates you at the same time.. your body is so much stronger than you think.. every time I want to stop I make myself go pass that point. Thanks for sharing your passion.. 50 pounds down and 20 more to go.. I love this journey.

    This was sooooo good! Can't go out since the time changed (too dark). Glad I found these videos about 2 weeks ago👍 But the lady he pulled to the front with the light blue tights....yessssssss honey!!!! YOU truly inspired me!     I am so excited I found this. I love your step videos. Unfortunately, I can't do them due to two totally replaced hips along with lupus. I can do everything in this with slight modifications, but the burpees. The best cardio workout I've had in years. Please do a few more.

    The front row is a serious position to be in. It may start off cute, but great expectations are placed on the front row. This isn’t easy at all. My heart went out to the two ladies on the front row.
    I tried pausing the tape, so you all could rest. 😘
