Bro i see this RUclips channel growing keep up the videos 🤟🏻
Wow dude $5,300 is so low compared to where I live. I own a demo company in Boston where everything is unbelievably expensive. This is a $12,000 job in Boston and I’d still make peanuts on it.
Yeah, any cost associated with living in a major metro area is an ass-reaming with no lube. This is what things SHOULD cost. People get absolutely robbed from sun to sun.
Hey thanks for your videos! Keep it up bro! Your content is super helpful.
Thanks for that information
For future owner provided bins you should consider a clause for additional cost if bins are not available to load
Holy moly. In Reno we wouldn’t even deliver the equipment for that price crazy how different other areas are
Thanks for the video! I'm working a plan to start a business of my own doing all kinds of things with equipment. I was able to add some good notes to my plan from this. Thanks again and keep it up
Can you breakdown on how much actual profit vs. your cost to do the jobs?
Thanks do you get a nice video to help me to do my stimate God bless you boy
Thanks for the advice
Anytime the customer wants to save themselves money it ends up costing you money 👍
Everytime
This is true
Imagen getting paid to do such a fun job! Your a winner.
It's interesting..... I don't think feasible to charge by the hour on an equipment that's worth $100,000 a fair price 15.00 a linear foot 5 ft deep and compacted compacted
You’re going to be out of business soon with prices like that. We did a few houses for $85k between them both. And that was low profit margin. You need to calculate the weight of each dumpster, 40 yards for wood and structure, smaller 10 yard for concrete. Total both dumpsters separate for weight of each then total all together to see what the house weighed. Now add in the square footage of the house. Now you can calculate what the next job weighs before you bid it. Your profits are entirely too low. I’d love to have you as a sub contractor, I’d make a ton of money.
Prices vary by location! We are still in business and growing!
Hauling your own material makes a big difference!
$20,000.00 to $25,000.00 all day long in Washington state.
I’m from Seattle area would you consider grabbing a coffee with me sometime ?
Great content. Hey I’m looking to get started in the business here in Kentucky. Would you be willing to do an hr consultation
man that's cheap. Hard to compete with. let's say the bins are the same at 1k each. If I'm there for 3 days I'm charging 5200 in labor. 5 bins 3 days, 10,200.
Crazy how the market changes from place to place!
Congrats buddy
How to you market or get consist demo work coming in bro Im trying to start my own ?
What steps would you normally take as far as permits go before demolishing a house or mobile home?
I wouldn’t think any permits would be required unless in a densely populated area, then maybe. Probably make sure power is turned off at the street level and water mains turned off.
100% depends on your location. It varies from city and county here. No 2 places are the same
@@Natural-Causesdon’t forget about gas!
Quick question, when demoing a house how do I determine how many dumpsters I need for a project knowing the sqft? Is it the same with brick and siding?
Figure 2.5 dumpsters per 1000 SF. Comes out pretty close!
What do i need to start a small interior demo side hustle?
How do I bid a demo job that has steal beams and and wood roof
What do you use for invoice......l like that
Joist
What software / app do you use for invoices and quotes?
Looks like Joistapp
Joist
What’s your average fuel costs for an average demo?
Fairly cheap. I’d say around $200
I'm about to Demo a 3400sqft house 🏠
You did that job for free
That looks like the joist platform that I use
It is!
Do you own the machines. if so need to include in quote for wear and tear. But mate its very cheap. Add anoth 30% to your price... But im from Australia for minimum 13k cash up to 27k standard in Brissy for an average home.
Crazy how prices vary from place to place!
Easy 20,000 dollar job where I’m from
Way way to low. Must be doing it by the hour?
I’ll make a new video
A 30yard dumpster in Jersey is $750
40 yd dumpsters are around 700 here
Your day rate seems super low to me.
Also do those documents acts as your formal contract or are those just estimates?
Way too cheap. Your worth more!
