Absolutely love your channel. Excellent job! It would be awesome if you would film the trucks being loaded, you know the job in entirety. We would all love that!
I have loved demo of buildings since I was a kid. My dad and I used to go and watch it all the time. Then I’d come home and build the same building out of paper and take and tear it down with scissors the same way lol. Keep these videos with your narration. Your all American boy accent is very cool.
Probably the poor guy who owned the home before the city stole it from him after his health issues prevented him from working and paying the property tax.
You can only tell that this space was tight and small, the man running this machine is very diligent and very soft when it comes close to other buildings and things that he's not supposed to mess with, property wise trying to be careful not to destroy or ruin the property around the house that he's taken down, very good steady hand, thank you for sharing your video.
He's the best! He plucked a bowling ball from my feet while I was standing in half of a house, at full reach and then threw it into his trailer from across the yard. Did I mention the machine had 9 feet of play and was practically a wet noodle? Skills!!!! I couldn't subscribe fast enough hahaha.
Just found this page and have watched a few. This may have been asked before but why don't you show a shot of the lot after it's cleaned up before you leave? All the videos I've seen so far end with a big pile of junk on the ground and the video ends there. It would be nice to see the completed job.
It's sad to think one day 80 years ago someone was moving into that house when it was brand new, and was looking at it with pride, and now it's just an eyesore...
Lovely place! What was the large green item on top of the recycling bin…on top of the bed at the 1:25 mark? It looked like a big green bowling pin! 😂 Stomp the stuffing out of that teddy bear, Wrecker! Hehehe Merry Christmas, Brian!!!
This was fun because of all the stuff in this house! I was wanting to see the excavator finish off that inflatable mattress in the garage - total destruction! You stepped on the teddy bear instead of saving it from the excavator? You savage! 😂
Oh hi are the new painter ? Oh why yes mam why you wont believe how nice it will look when we are done haha...I'm m jealous. I wanna play with the excavator lol
Love your videos! Ever considered putting on a mic and doing the walkaround? Maybe a face introduction to the property and then walk around? Just curious. Oddly satisfying watching the destruction. That Cat makes easy work of a structure!
Dude I'm higher then a giraffes top hat and RUclips decided to bless me with your channel awesome video i subscribed instantly. The side view of the bucket ripping and gripping reminds me of a dinosaur eating its prey.
You usually see them spraying water on these demos to keep the dust and debris to a minimum... I don't know if that is a regulation or they just do that when they demo buildings.
I'm still amazed I watched a whole demolition in under 30 minutes. Here in Germany it would have taken at least a full working day for this kind of house, maybe even two. It's also impressive you do all of this with just a bucket, here you'd neet at least a grab, maybe even two different ones plus a bucket. And I've never seen this half-grab on a bucket here as well. In Germany demolitions are boring tho, five minutes of wrecking and then half an hour of sorting the stuff into 5 different containers and people climbing over the wreckage searching for different materials... you just DESTROY it;) Merry Christmas and a happy new Year my friend!
You doing a good job tan at house now. Tell them old abandoned house down. We got houses like in Mississippi Mississippi. Got abandoned house in Jackson Mississippi. Need to be around. People do good work. You’re doing a good job. Cute guy first out of town real talk I like what you’re doing I like a RUclips channel.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Do you take steps ensure there’s no electricity going to the house? In the case of squatters, I would be worried about an extension cord running from the neighbor’s house.
@ Yes, you’re right. There was a dentist office in my small hometown and a fellow bought after it sat empty for a few years. On the day he took possession he went down to the water department and paid to initiate service. Well, some of those bad people had gone to work on the copper lines and left an open pipe coming into the building. Wound up drenching the whole inside of the building. Cost the buyer a lot of money. Tweakers get a pittance for their efforts snd cost someone a hundred times as much.
We have a local salvage company that demos houses with an old Army Tank. They just drive in to the middle and rotate the gun turret and drive back out.
That's all I use in my business is a 16k lb mini with the push blade. Those larger machines are harder to move around from place to place. A mini would have done the same thing.
It was probably a nice cozy little house before it caught on fire. That's when usually people like squatters take over. Cause I've seen that way to many times in my area. Thank you home wrecker for the videos and stay safe
When it's cold out and you can be out of the elements you do what you need to do i guess you have never been to the lowest of low in your life but some of us have
HW, glad that everybody got their stuff, it was too cold to live in that house.(homeless) I thought that the excavator driver took it to slow tearing down the house.
I always enjoy a good home demo w/an excavator. Just a suggestion- maybe a little back story on why the house is being torn down? Who ordered it or wanted it torn down, etc. Happy holidays.
I currently do junk removal but soon want to get into this. I.plan on renting equipment ect what does a job like this pay any where do u get the work. Thanks
2:38 The pit falls of living an in abandoned house. The rent is free, but you never know when the demolition crew is going to show up. 🤣
Not only the condition of the house, but the whole entire neighborhood!
True
Whatever it looks like someone calls it home, can't hate on that
usa capitalism

Absolutely love your channel. Excellent job! It would be awesome if you would film the trucks being loaded, you know the job in entirety. We would all love that!
I hear you! I’ll try to get some more of that in future videos. It is pretty cool!

This is the first video I saw from you. Excellent work. No background noise. No cutscene video editing. Subscribed.
New Subscriber! Great show! Thirty years ago I did a lot of demo work. My wife always said I was happiest when I was tearing something down 😅
Hi, how did you get all the customers 😀
Nice clean job on this house, in close quarters. Liked the video! Cheers and happy holidays.
Excellent video! It’s always enjoyable to watch a job done well and this one was a tight one 😮. Thanks for sharing
Another awesome video. Really looking forward to the next one!
The biggest hazard in a tight spot like this, is those power lines. Getting tangled up in those high voltage lines would ruin your day for sure.
You have more demo videos coming? Good! Keep them coming! It's fun and fascinating (at least to me) watching them!
At least the Smoke Detector was still working!!
In your area, are y’all not required to have a misting system for potential asbestos dust?
Great video. I don't envy the operator in the least. That was some challenging task!
You can tell the guy operating the excavator has very little experiance and doesnt know what to do .
Great footage would love to see the trucks get loaded to. Thanks!
That little grill on the counter Gotham Steel. They work great!
The guy that was going through the stuff in the back most likely was the squatter that was there 5 minutes prior
Probably the poor guy who owned the home before the city stole it from him after his health issues prevented him from working and paying the property tax.
@@travisreed5609
Possibly not probably.
@@travisreed5609no, he definitely was a squatter. I see it all the time when doing home abatements at work.
I like the occupancy walkthrough, especially since people comment that you should have grabbed this or that.
I love that it's not just smashing the shit out of a house but having to carefully pick it apart to avoid collaterally damaging neighbouring houses...

The house next door needs it too

They probably don’t show the final cleanup because it’s not like what you except.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you🎉❤❤❤😊❤❤❤🎉

Should have grabbed that cooler. Those “Playmate” units are awesome.

Still as awesome his destructions still as awesome You really are one of the best destruction channels. 🎉
Merry Christmas man
I've been a fan of this kind of video for some time, and your entertainment is the best. I'll continue to watch!!
You boys look like you know what you are doing. Great job.
Looks like you should have taken the neighbors garage too😂
This was fun because of all the stuff in this house!
I was wanting to see the excavator finish off that inflatable mattress in the garage - total destruction!
You stepped on the teddy bear instead of saving it from the excavator? You savage! 😂
Good video
That was an old style low boy trailer. I used to pull oversized loads on the lower profile low boy trailers. Nice job, man.
Thanks man, I appreciate it!
Love your videos, any idea what the owner of the lot will do with it?? Hope you and your family had a great Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
good job. Merry Christmas
That disgruntled man going in the back yard was probably squatting in the house 😆
Easy work 👌
Great video watching from NYC
Good stuff✅👍🏻
Thanks, buddy!
Nice video, than you..👍
Good job looks like fun .
Had to get my home demolished a few years back due to a fire.
This was fun watching.
Do you prefere working during winter or summer?
Oh hi are the new painter ? Oh why yes mam why you wont believe how nice it will look when we are done haha...I'm m jealous. I wanna play with the excavator lol
Good operator good job, my friend.
This is my dream job,has been for many years, demolition is something I've always been into but never pursued.
Let's do it
Tight area to work but you got it..😂
Would love more narrative on why he is doing it in that order, good video but I'd like to understand the strategy
Accurate operator. What a horror show of a house you did there.
Looks like one of my rentals!! Haha 🤣

Old house in Eastern Washington, so much lead paint, and probably asbestos in the ventilation system, all spewing out into the air.
You usually see them spraying water on these demos to keep the dust and debris to a minimum... I don't know if that is a regulation or they just do that when they demo buildings.

The "half-grab" as you call it is a hydraulic thumb. Without one you lose half the potential of the excavator.

Pretty sure the tweakers would have stripped all the wire and pipe out of there by then.

Bringing that big cat is like bringing a firetruck to put out a cigarette
This is common in Japan too, but it looks like the property was abandoned or left behind after being run away in the middle of the night.
Good old SpoCompton. Guessing the West Central area?
We have a local salvage company that demos houses with an old Army Tank. They just drive in to the middle and rotate the gun turret and drive back out.
Lots of good clear lumber in old houses. Doubt any was salvaged here
I really expected as a cartoon situation you pulling a dude out in his underwear,Lmao!Cool stuff.
Are we able to see the crushing and truck loading?? Sorry new sub!
Wow you know what you’re doing! Excellent job!
What’s the steel I-beam for?? Sorry I’m new here lol
He uses it as a blade to scrape the material.
Do you empty the house of all contents before demolition?
You need your demo truck's there so you can load out to clear the way to get the last of the house down.
Nice work!
Thanks buddy! I appreciate that!
Maybe some commentary on the circumstances behind the situation with this house.
It's cool.I love it and I love you family
A bit of Overkill With That Excavator. A Big Mini would have done great job in Less Time and Hassle.

eastern washington? im in eastern oregon and i see a few things thats worth keeping, doors, windows.
Is all stuff in house going in dumper as well?
What's the beam for? Thought i saw the episode explaining but it was just a reference to the beam.
Very cool brother
It unbelievable that anybbody would live there, even a squatter. Probably rats in there that would chew on you when you slept.

Looks like a great way to train an apprentice operator.
Oh my gosh! That's how demolition was in Germany 35+ years ago. We have the so called seperated demolition system by law.
About how much does cost please I am going to have that on my house next year 800 sf thank you
I take it, you checked for pets, before hand!
So, you don't disconnect the power lines running from the pole to house when demolishing. Noted.
I think doing a drawing for a demolition souvenir is a great idea, but perhaps from a less gross house pre-demo.
😂 I completely agree! I didn't take anything from that place, it was just too disgusting.
Glad you didn't send the cooler out
The osb plywood, aww man lots of scrap metsal, ohh well.
Nicely done. Do you ever find a basement no one has mentioned?
?
I could see the crack dust escaping during demo!
I wonder if it look longer to build or tear down!😆

Surprised to see a good operator reaching from the trailer 😳
As a cable guy, I get calls like this at least once a week. After this long in the industry, I'm more inclined to turn and walk out these days
What is your normal service area?
The piece of waferboard on the front window was the most valuable piece of the house
