Thanks! I'm super jazzed about getting into some of these! Call me an idiot, but the reason I have never gotten into blogs is because I work at my computer all day, and I want to spend my free time away from it, but ... I just now for the first time realized I can just view all of these on a tablet on the sofa or whatever. I can't believe I never thought of that, ha ha. Anyhow, I now have a folder of nice gaming blogs on my tablet, and I will be spending some time with it!! Thank you, sir!! For both the info AND the motivation.
Hey Chris, thanks for featuring the Graverobber's Guide! Alongside a lot of my personal faves too :) Let me know if you ever remember what that post was (I wouldn't have expected it to be the toy spaceship wargame but to each their own lol)
I do love the OSR blogosphere but if there's one thing that frustrates me about it, is when folks don't use categories or tags. Without them, older articles are "lost in time, like tears in rain". Unless you keep up with blogs every day, or trawl laboriously through their archives, or get lucky with a web-search, great content can be here today, gone tomorrow. At the very least, all blogs should feature a searchbox. It'd help if bloggers considered how on earth readers are supposed to find older articles on particular subjects. Anyhoo, thank you for highlighting the blogs. They don't get enough praise!
My solution to this is twofold: one, I use an RSS reader so I don't miss anything. And two, if I see something I might use later, I clip it in Joplin. If I'm away from home and I find something on my phone or tablet, I just shoot it over to instapaper temporarily until I can get home and put it Joplin.
This was good timing on the part of you and Prismatic Wasteland: predicting a return to the blogscape following the impending Reddit exodus!

I don't know what you changed at 35:54, but it fixed a background hiss I hadn't noticed
I will highly recommend "blogs on tape" for any and all who want their blogs read in podcast format.

I'm definitely guilty of forgetting to use tags! You're right, they help out a lot when trawling through the archives of a blog.

Your blogroll is better than my RSS feed: I need to swap mine for yours.
