The way you talk about Les Mis is how many of my friends felt at Uni. Being in the same place for a few years, getting attached and then being terrified of what comes next. You've taught me loads about theatre - and as a theatre/musical lover - it's been fascinating. So thank you for that. We're along side you with that feeling of fear for what comes next - you're not alone there! x
Being someone who wants to spend the rest of her life in theatre, I really enjoyed this! It's so cool getting to see backstage stuff and the ins and outs of how things work. I remember getting to go backstage after seeing Jersey Boys and they had a full piano hanging up from the ceiling! I'm glad to hear that you have things lined up when life can be so risky being in the arts.
Oh Carrie, you made me all teary with your little "I get to find a new dream" speech. You've been in the show since I first got into Les Mis and it's so dear to me it's gonna be very strange with you gone. But you fulfilled a dream you carried with you for years and I think it's fair to say we're all so proud of you. Xxx
ugh I'm a cheesy loser but I just know I'm going to cry when you leave Les Mis too! I have nothing to do with it, but it's just like I don't know. I've been watching your videos since before you were casted as Eponine, or at least before you announced it, and I just feel this weird pride for everything you've become and everything you've achieved (it's super creepy lol). I dunno, I'm just happy for you and you mean a lot to me. You've helped me a lot and I just like you and your videos and you and whatever else.
You have put everything I feel for Carrie into words. I'm going to be so emotional when you leave Les Misérables, Carrie! You're the best big sister any of us could have! 💖
Your little bit about leaving and being excited but heartbroken was so touching. I hope that one day everyone can feel that. I can only imagine it's an amazing feeling to be finishing up your dream (although also a very sad one at the same time).
what's amazing is my drama company managed to get a backstage tour of les mis when we came to see you in July so through out this video when you were showing us the signatures and the soldier dummies I was screaming I've seen these I have pictures of these!!! I'm so glad I got to see you though before you left as you were amazing, the bst eponine Ive ever seen!
I'm so happy I had the opportunity to see you as Eponine last July! I cried so much! You were out of this world!!! I wish you the best of luck in what you do next in life! love you Carrie!! xxxxx
This was literally the saddest video Carrie ever made. I'm sitting here crying both happy and sad tears at the same time. The part in which you talked about your dream having come true just touched me a lot, because I also want to reach a lifelong dream coming true, but I don't have one yet. Also I would have loved to once see you as Eponine, but sadly I never will, because I can't come to London before you leave. I can absolutely understand you being heartbroken, Carrie, I am too. :(
I don't know why .. but this is my favorite vlog from you til now :) It was just so very genuine and I just loved listening to you - and of course beautiful atmosphere with the theater :) enjoy your last weeks with your dream job, it's amazing that you can actually say in your midtwenties: I already did my first dream job - let's see what else there is :D proud of you ♥
As a theatre nerd I find this so fascinating! Good luck with everything in the future Carrie - you have been a wonderful asset to an incredible show, and my favourite Eponine so far xxx
I am so sad you are leaving Carrie too bad I never got to see you perform:(. Hopefully I will see you in another show next year when Im visiting england:). From what I have seen you were a great eponine and like you this is my dream role someday. you inspire me to follow my dreams everyday and I love that we get to see behind the scenes of the theatre and stuff. much love xxx
This is one of my favourite videos that you've done I think! The only other place in the theatre I'd like to see is going through the 'tunnel' at the side of the stage. I'm sure it's not *that* exciting but it would be cool to see! You've been an amazing Eponine, but very excited to see where you go next! xx
I studied in London this past fall and now miss it like crazy. Just seeing the underground train in the background of the first part made me really long for it. I've really loved seeing all the backstage stuff you've been able to show us!
Aw Carrie! Bet the cast and crew are going to miss you loads too! When you started to tear up towards the end of the video it made me realise just how much becoming Eponine meant for you! You've done so well! I'm coming to see the show on January 25th so hopefully I'll finally get to meet you and give you a hopeful hug xx 💛💜💛💜
oh dear, I had tears in my eyes when you were talking about your future. Even though we don't know each other I wanted to let you know that I am super proud of you and that I am really happy to have you in my life! Watching you change the world makes me super happy and I hope you get the chance to live your dreams at the fullest. I will ALWAYS be there to support you. I've got your back and I hope you know that. I love you dearly, big sister! Xx
I have been lucky enough to see you twice as Eponine and you were unbelievable!!! I can't imagine how it feels to be leaving a show after almost three years! I cry leaving shows after a month! It'll be both amazing and devastating at the same time but I'm sure you'll go on to do some incredible things Carrie xxx
as someone who takes musical theatre at a level it's wonderful to see what a west end theatre looks like backstage and how it differs from the ones in my town and college! I love where you enter from, it must be so exhilarating! xxx
I've just come back from seeing Les Mis and taking a picture with you :) the show was EPIC, i cannot tell you how amazed I was by the staging and the set and of course everyone's voices and the orchestra. Thank you so much for taking the time to take pictures at stage door, and for being so nice with us :) You're the best!
When I saw you in Les Mis I cried because it was the best musical I have ever seen and I've seen wicked and Matilda. You deserve everything that comes your way!! I love you and your videos and I can't explain how much you have brought to my life like watching your videos and reading your book for like the 100th time. I wish you the best of luck because you bloody deserve it!! Love Olivia xxx❤️💛💚💙💜❤️💛💚💙💜❤️💚💛💙💜
This made me kind of emotional, I'm so proud of what you've achieved so far. Can't wait to be by your side when you find this new dream, we'll be here to support you no matter what! xx
I so wish I could have seen you in Les Mis, but I have loved all of the little backstage snippets we've got to see over the past couple years! It kinda makes me teary just to think about how freaking excited I was for you when you were cast, and now look at you!
This video makes me really happy! I am coming to see Les Mis this Monday for the 3rd time and I am so excited!! I also came to the Queen's Theatre a few years ago for a workshop so I got to look around backstage then too, nice to see it all again!
you're making me emotional about you leaving even though it has nothing to do with me! im just so happy and proud to say i got to see you as Eponine and it feels weird that ive watched this channel since the start and to see you say you want this role, and then to see you GET this role, and then that you'll be leaving soon, is so amazing and sad at the same time :') hope you have a happy new year!
I totally know what she means when she says she's sad and exited at the same time. Whenever one of my shows end I'm really sad cause I made so many memories but I'm exited to move on to the next adventure
Carrie you're so inspiring - working in the west end is my biggest dream and when you showed us the view from your entrance i got goosebumps... It's just amazing
I've followed you from pretty near the beginning. This vlog was so lovely. It had an incredible amount of heart and thank you for sharing with us some of the joy that you have experienced in the show. What you look out of is insane. Lovely film quality with this new cam as well. So thankful I've been able to see you as 'ponine before you leave, if anyone is considering, I cannot recommend enough.
I know you probably won't see this carrie but I'd just like to say I came to see Les Mis in February last year and then again in the April and I loved it so much it has always been my dad's favourite musical and now I know exactly why. Your performance when I came to see it was just breathtaking and this video made me kind of emotional because you can tell Les Mis means so much to you plus the tangled quote is one of my favourite parts of the movie so yeah. Thanks you for sharing so much of your time at Les Mis with us and good luck with whatever you do next x
Sometimes I'm just in awe of how beautiful you are. I really admire you and even though we're the same age, I look up to you so much. It was cool seeing some of your favourite places around the theatre, I could never walk out onto a stage with an audience that big haha. I can't wait to see what you move on too!
I teared up watching this Carrie :) having watched your channel for the last three years and having seen you perform as Eponine twice, im so proud and inspired by what you've acomplished... Well done Fletcher, cant wait to see what new dreams you forfill :D xxxx
OH MY GOD! You are amazing! I saw you in Les Misérables today (6th Jan 2016) in the matinee and your voice, your acting! Your amazing as Eponine. Good luck for the rest of your shows of Les Misérables, looking up to be an actress like you. Xxx
It made me sad when you were talking about leaving, but I'm sure you have wonderful things lined up and you greatly deserve success as you're immensely talented! I'm coming to see the show on the 5th Feb so I can see you again before you leave as you are a brilliant Eponine! Lots of love! 💚💜
Ah, I loved this, it was really interesting to see the workings of this fantastic show from your perspective. I loved you as Eponine and can't wait to see what you're getting up to next! xxx
I've been lucky enough to having been able to see you in Les Mis twice but this made me really emotional! I would love to see you in it one last time before you leave but even if I don't I'm so glad I got to witness you and the rest of the cast being amazing!
I really hope I get to see you before you leave, but this video made me really happy, being able to see parts of backstage that we wouldn't get to see otherwise is great and especially your favourite bits, thank you for being my role modal in the performing world 💜
I have seen you as Eponine three times and every single time I was more amazed than the last. If I ever see Les Mis again it'll be odd to see an Eponine that isn't you.
This is so cool! working in theatre must be insane and so much fun! I've said this a million times but I just can't stop expressing how proud of you I am (along with all the hopefuls). Seeing you dream of being Eponine and then finally get it, and now saying goodbye to head to something new and exciting is so inspiring, Carrie! You deserve all of these amazing things, you've earned them. I know we all can live our dreams, no matter how hard life may seem some times, and I've got you to thank for that! I've seen you do it so I know I can too! Thank you for all of this, Carrie, you're a true inspiration for all of us :) xxx
I'm coming to see les mis in March and one of the main reasons I'm coming is to see you as eponine! I will cry if you will have left, I hope you won't have !!! Xxx
I paticularly enjoyed this video Carrie. I really love being in a place that's usually really loud and busy when there's like no one there. It's like at sixth form when there's no one in the common room yet and I get really reflective like 'So much has happened in this room and more is going to happen today, I wonder what'll happen today.' And you can almost picture everyone who's normally there going about as usual and it's beautiful. Kind of like a happy version of Empty Chairs at Empty Table but with less dead people. This video reminded me of that. :)
I went to see Les Mis on Saturday for the first time. I haven't seen any film or TV adaptations of it; I wanted the West End to be my first experience. And holy moly what an experience it was! It's such an emotional production, it's a wonder you all don't cry at the end of every performance! I was a wreck but I loved it. Everything about it was brilliant. So to see this little behind-the-scenes video - and to hear that you're leaving - makes the timing of it all very special. I have to admit, I did wonder whether the dead soldiers were real people...I love that they're stored up in the rafters! 😄
in her majesties theatre (phantom of the opera is on there), they keep the dancing mannequins and dummies above the wings like the soldiers, its always scary when you forget and then look up and there is a creepy lady looking down on you
I love when you make videos about the Theatre! As cheesy as this is going to no doubt sound, My dream is to one day work in the theatre, and seeing how long you waited and hoped, but still achieved your dream, has given me hope that I can still make my dreams of acting come true! Thanks Carrie!
So glad I was lucky enough to see you in Les Mis before you leave. I have watched the show a few times with different casts and Carrie, you are one of the best Eponine' I have seen. I have always been inspired by your talent and kind heart. You really are such a genuine down to earth person and the perfect role model. You should be very proud. I cannot wait to hear what's lined up for you next! I'm sure it will be brilliant, and I wish you the best of luck because you deserve it :) x
I'm pretty sure all the hopeful are going to cry when you anounce your departure from Les Mis, including myself! seing you being able to get your dream job has inspired me so much in the way that it has proved me that if you really work hard and keep hope, you can make your dream a reality, and for that I will never thank you enough Carrie. Xx
I had the most amazing experience watching you in my favourite musical when I visited London in August. The show and you alike were incredible and I didn't have dry eyes through out.. Literally I was close to tears before I sat down. I've followed your journey for so many years and I'm so happy that I got the chance to witness your performance, and I'm so proud of how far you've come. it'll be so sad when you leave Les Mis but I don't doubt that what you have to come in the future will be as amazing. Good luck and thank you so much for following your dreams, it's really inspired me to do the same x
I loved meeting you in May at stage door after seeing Les Mis for the first time. You are an incredible Eponine and I can't wait to see what else you will be doing! You have an amazing voice and a wonderful personality. Good luck!
This is so special to me because two years ago to this day I was sitting in those seats watching you perform during my first trip to London! And the coolest part was that the show was sold-out and after waiting in line for hours with my friends, a man came outside and handed me a ticket because his girlfriend had to cancel, so I got to go in for free just by luck and he bought me a glass of wine and we chatted about where we were from and it was one of the most special nights of my life! Thanks for still inspiring me after two years of you following your dream! Happy 2016!
I tame to one of the shows about a year and a half ago? My be 2 and a half years? I'm notsure, but I fell n love with your voice as soon as I heard it, eponine has always been my favourite character. So when I came home I did some research and found your channel and have watch ever since. Also it made me rekindle my love for Mcfly and then busted (due to the formation on mcbusted). Your videos have brightened my days and I'm ever so greatful, so thank you
aw I've seen Les Miz a few times and you as Eponine twice! you were part of the most amazing cast w/ Rob & Anton. you'll definitely be missed a lot xxxx
Can't even tell you I'm so glad I got to see you in le mis now! Obviously I'm sure I would have loved it anyways but still I'm happy I got a chance to see you live in one of my fave musicals ❤️
Is it weird that I cried-or rather, teared up- when she turned the camera around and showed us Éponine's enterance from her point of view? Just seeing what it looks like to walk on stage at a West End Theater was really beautiful to me. :')
Have a sneaky feeling that Eva Noblezada (Kim from Miss Saigon) might be the new Eponine.. since Saigon is finishing up in early February and Eponine being one of her dream roles and all......
I've been Twitter stalking Eva today and she has recently followed loads of people from Les Mis. This could mean everything or absolutely nothing....but she would be a fantastic Eponine.
Oh no, I actually started crying while watching this 🙈 It reminded me of all the plays I've been in and how emotional it was to leave them behind. I need to come and see Les Mis asap before you leave! But anyway, Happy New Year, Carrie; I'm sure your 2016 will be full of surprises, great opportunities and other amazing things ❤️ xx
I saw les Mis for the first time on Tuesday! It was amazing and your performance was great, it was a really weird feeling of being really proud of someone that you don't even know, I love your work ethic xx
Carrie I just loved your last cover- Heathers is one of my new favourite musicals now! I can't believe you're leaving Les Mis after so long, but I know incredible opportunities await you in the future xx
I LOVED seeing where you came onstage and what you saw!!!
that was my favourite part too :) love you dodie :) xxx
+doddleoddle ive been tweeting you two so much but can you please please please collab
You two should so do a collab!!!❤️
+Ruby Hancock they've filmed one! a few days ago they were asking for a and a questions on Twitter, so it should be uploaded soon!,😊
I love that now watching this when she’s playing Veronica, that she covered “fight for me” so long ago. That made me smile so much 💙
The way you talk about Les Mis is how many of my friends felt at Uni. Being in the same place for a few years, getting attached and then being terrified of what comes next.
You've taught me loads about theatre - and as a theatre/musical lover - it's been fascinating. So thank you for that.

I loved seeing the signature wall when I came by :D
I'd love to see the signature wall too Gary!
Heya Gary!
ugh I'm a cheesy loser but I just know I'm going to cry when you leave Les Mis too! I have nothing to do with it, but it's just like I don't know. This is me in a paragraph 😂
I feel the same, 100%
You have put everything I feel for Carrie into words. I'm going to be so emotional when you leave Les Misérables, Carrie! You're the best big sister any of us could have! 💖
This is all so true. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees Carrie as their Les Mis big sister!
+cas charles real hopefuls know about her old videos , and how she said she was out big sister 😂💕
I loved Samantha barks as eponine! You two should DEFINITELY work together!
The Chris Riddel drawing is absolutely gorgeous!
Yeah its fantastic
Chris Riddell is such an amazing illustrator!
I love his drawings in The Edge Chronicles!
Your little bit about leaving and being excited but heartbroken was so touching. I hope that one day everyone can feel that. I can only imagine it's an amazing feeling to be finishing up your dream (although also a very sad one at the same time).
Oh no, this had me tearing up a little....
Jeez Carrie, you didn't tell us this was going to be an emotional video! I swear I didn't tear up.......

I love love love these theatre videos Carrie, enjoy the last bit of Les Mis!
Chris Riddell drawing you is one of the coolest things ever! I can't even begin to imagine how I would feel ...
Great video as usual Carrie!

Thank you so much for showing us around! I love getting to see all the special places backstage. And I'm so excited to hear what you're doing next!!!
Omg heathers at the end!!!!! I love that musical!!!!! I also loved this video as you can see the live you have for the theatre!!!
Aw Carrie! Bet the cast and crew are going to miss you loads too! When you started to tear up towards the end of the video it made me realise just how much becoming Eponine meant for you! You've done so well!

I am so happy for you Carrie. What a wonderful thing to get to live your dream! Good luck finding the next one!
I so wish I could have seen you in Les Mis, but I have loved all of the little backstage snippets we've got to see over the past couple years! It kinda makes me teary just to think about how freaking excited I was for you when you were cast, and now look at you!
I totally understand the excited and scariness of a job being finished. Always something new and excitingly scary round the corner.
This video makes me really happy! I am coming to see Les Mis this Monday for the 3rd time and I am so excited!! I also came to the Queen's Theatre a few years ago for a workshop so I got to look around backstage then too, nice to see it all again!

As an aspiring costume designer i love it when you show the costumes and how they are layered for quick changes. fingers crossed my dream is achieved!
This was really cool to see more of backstage, everyone in musicals are so nice, it seems like a perfect working environment for actresses
I totally know what she means when she says she's sad and exited at the same time. Whenever one of my shows end I'm really sad cause I made so many memories but I'm exited to move on to the next adventure

I'm so glad I saw you play Eponine in June. You were amazing! It's going to be sad to see you leave Les Mis.
You and Samantha Barks are my absolute favorite musical theatre actresses :) Thank you for being such an amazing inspiration!
Thank you for all of this, Carrie, you're a true inspiration for all of us :) xxx
this video is so much more exciting now that i have saw the show
I'm coming to see les mis in March and one of the main reasons I'm coming is to see you as eponine! I will cry if you will have left, I hope you won't have !!! Xxx
She's leaving in February😔 sorry! Xxx
+sanne van der leest how do you know?? 😭😭
+Ciara Wynne she said that on Twitter when she was reacting to someone. I'm so so sorry 😔😢 *hugs* xxx
+sanne van der leest aww!😓 thank you! Xxx
+Ciara Wynne I will have left by then I'm afraid but I hope you enjoy the show!
That feeling when you understand that some of the best part of theater is the magic of backstage
So weird to think of you leaving les mis since you've been there since I started watching your videos but I'm really excited to see what you do next!
I am DYING of excitement to know what's next in store! So proud of and excited for you, Carrie:) xxx
You've done a swell job, now on to bigger and better dreams. Congrats, Carrie.
in her majesties theatre (phantom of the opera is on there), they keep the dancing mannequins and dummies above the wings like the soldiers, its always scary when you forget and then look up and there is a creepy lady looking down on you
I love when you make videos about the Theatre! As cheesy as this is going to no doubt sound, My dream is to one day work in the theatre, and seeing how long you waited and hoped, but still achieved your dream, has given me hope that I can still make my dreams of acting come true! Thanks Carrie!
This made me really happy and then really really sad
Your videos have brightened my days and I'm ever so greatful, so thank you
Oh Carrie is amazing as Eponine. If I could be in Les Mis I don't think I'd ever want to leave!
My parents got me tickets for Christmas in January all because I wanted to see you before you leave. They are the best!
aw I've seen Les Miz a few times and you as Eponine twice! you were part of the most amazing cast w/ Rob & Anton. you'll definitely be missed a lot xxxx
The way the dummies are stored reminds me of Joseph Buquet in Phantom
Can't even tell you I'm so glad I got to see you in le mis now! Obviously I'm sure I would have loved it anyways but still I'm happy I got a chance to see you live in one of my fave musicals ❤️
Love you so much, the fact you had a dream and you made that dream a reality is such an amazing thing for all of us to look up to! Happy new year!
Good luck to you as you move on from Les Mis soon and I hope you continue to enjoy the time you have there now!
Is it weird that I cried-or rather, teared up- when she turned the camera around and showed us Éponine's enterance from her point of view? Just seeing what it looks like to walk on stage at a West End Theater was really beautiful to me. :')
Moving on is always hard, but I'm sure your new projects will be very exciting, and you'll find wonderful new things to look forward to!
I can't wait to see what you do next!! I'm sure you are gonna be amazing!! 💜
That cheeky tangled reference almost killed me
Have a sneaky feeling that Eva Noblezada (Kim from Miss Saigon) might be the new Eponine.. since Saigon is finishing up in early February and Eponine being one of her dream roles and all......
if so, then they have a thing with Filipinas playing Les Mis characters :---)
I've been Twitter stalking Eva today and she has recently followed loads of people from Les Mis. This could mean everything or absolutely nothing....but she would be a fantastic Eponine.
Those are my favourite kinds of Videos!!!!!
Love all these les mis videos carrie! I'm definitely gonna miss them xx
how and why did you make me cry?! xx
Those dangling soldiers are ridiculously creepy...
I love these peeks backstage!
