Hello mam, I hope this comment Finds you well. I had filled up ds 160 form and paid MRV fees from my country: Nepal with my CGI REFERENCE number for this fall . Unfortunately , I didn't get visa appointment date and I had to deferr for spring 2022. Then, I filled up new ds160 form and transfer my CGI FEDERAL profile to another country: India. So, can I do bank payment for MRV fees this time also with old CGI reference number? Because , there is same old CGI reference number in bank payment option after transferring my profile to India also.
