What makes a good song is not simply playing the guitar or saying something over it, its the feeling the you put in it and the sheer ability to convey it to other people and on that point I think lowertown excels, not with complex compositions but with creative songwriting and original rythms

this comment made me so sad because i’ve been that 13 year old girl before. i’m going to be 18 this month but i’m still struggling with a lot of the same issues. it’s possible for life to get better. you need a good support system to get you there easier. doing it by yourself is a hard thing to do. that’s why i’m still that 13 year old girl sometimes. i hope this troubled girl that you know has at least one person that truly cares, because that’s all you need.

i initially discovered you through this absolute gem of a song and i genuinely have never heard a band that is so SO good at encapsulating undescribable emotions, i can’t even begin to word just how much this song as well as your others has made me feel that no other music i’ve listened to has ever had.
