Lawyers practice lying they don't practice law. They practice protocols of policy, one can never practice law. They belong to the B.A.R. that organization acts as an officer of the court, not it's client. Be careful who you hire to protect your interest.
Had to sit on jury duty for a week, such a pain. But I learned a lot and got paid for my time. So, wasn't all bad! I'd agree, sorta fun (if you have nothing better to do lol)
Actually, that really does sound like fun... indeed when it's not YOUR ass on the line. Just like rubber-necking, everyone wants to see the crash, not be in it.
Ed ”Then you don’t have a case...” Attorney “Did you tell their lawyer that?” Ed “No I didn’t tell their lawyer that...... but they’re lawyers” He must have hired Lionel Hutz. 😂😂😂
I love how excited he was to get to testify about a strange car deal. That jury would have been in for a treat. "Verdict: whatever Ed thinks is appropriate."
I’m part of this. Every February for the last 4 years I’ve had an accident. 13 feb 2013 12 feb 2014, 11 feb 2015, 10th feb 2016, 8th feb 2017. So I’m staying inside next week
Justin Register I had jury duty yesterday and today. I will say, it was the most boring and stupid thing ever, BUT, If Ed was there, I would want to be a juror just to hear him talk 😂😂😂
I actually just missed out on a Rolls under slightly different circumstances. The owner and I agreed on a price, then tried to heft a considerable dealer service bill on me after the fact. I handed him back the keys.
I love how willing Ed is to dive into a lawsuit just for the fun of watching it unfold. Goes to show that good story tellers are always chasing a good story by nature.
Wow I just posted a comment how this guy is a clone and sounds just like Doug demuro What's Happening Here is suspicious you should think about it yourself and listen to his voice without watching a video it will blow your mind there are lots of similarities in their voice and approach to talkin
Great story! Ed needs to do audio books and voice-overs for commercials and documentaries and such! Or better yet... a hypnotist! I swear, he could read the phone book and I wouldn't care.
What a crazy story. I can’t believe you spent that time and energy. What you need to do now is track that same car down and buy it! It will be the perfect end to this story. Good luck.
wooh, another great video Ed, i must admit i am spending every un-busy moment today watching your videos, one after another, heck i have stocked yesterdays deliveries on the shelves, updated out stores website and i am fielding all the phone calls that are coming in so i feel like i can afford to take some time to catch up on some of your great videos that i haven't seen yet.
Not sure how I ran across this RUclips channel, but happy I did!! I don’t live far from Atlanta, and this stories are great! Drinking coffee Sunday morning on the back porch watching these videos great start of my day!
I work at a high line dealer and we have had quite a few of the old early 2000's Arnage's come through on trade. From my personal experience, they are complete garbage. Not a single one of them passed safety inspection and needed thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of parts.
I love this guy, first impression was he kinda seemed douchy but after hearing a few of his stories he's actually very entertaining and easy to listen to. Good job Vinwiki and great job Ed.
The ridiculousness of lawsuits these days is just unbelievable... Next time i stub my toe im filing suit against the sock manufacturer for not adequately protecting me, the finish carpenter that installed the door or trim i hit it on for not forseeing my grievous injury, the architect and job foreman for Allowing said carpenters to install it, and the city building inspector for passing such a clearly dangerous building onto the public. Should be able to get a real nice lambo or a LFA with my settlement
I like these stories. They rarely end with a dramatic finale but they are simple, truthful, interesting stories about cars and life. Thanks for this, Ed.
in 1 month, this has become my favourite channel, I check daily for new stuff. Not sure if I'm gonna get flamed in the comments, but have you guys ever thought of including some JDM stuff instead of just mostly supercar/cannon ball stuff? I would love to hear some stories from some OG Japanese drift guys....
Lawyer probably takes any lame case on contingency thinking he might be able to make a quick buck if he wins, and if he loses; no biggie, no reputation to protect or anything for a lowly, no-name lawyer.
Doubting Rich I think it would be morally fair to cause another plane accident and make sure that plaintiff is alone this time. Oh, and make sure that the plane is fully insured so no damages would be caused to a 3rd party because of this prick =)
im a contract lawyer and this sort of thing is called a promissory esotopple. where you are promised an item or cash, and the deal falls flat. there was reliance so he was damaged. so it makes sense lol
I had something similar happen when trying to buy a friends car back from a tow truck company. We ended up getting the back car for free since they never notified the police that they were in possession of the car.
"... here's another Bentley that I somehow avoided owning - fantastic! ..." 👏 It's relaxing to hear how other people try to appreciate finally getting away without the initially pursued deal, too.
The ones You absolutely can't avoid owning, despite different coeval owners, additional third party claims, vast black holes in the overall history and a ridiculously low offer still intermittently do turn out truculent enough, don't they? Keep the shrewd stories coming, very diverting alltogether!
I clicked on a few Lexus cars on Carfax or Car Guru and next thing I know I'm seeing lots of 2003 - 2006 Bentleys for sale. Outstanding looking cars but I suspect they'd drive me to the poor house. Thumbs up for the video. I enjoyed it. Thanks.
Ha, Ed this reminds me of my time in wholesale. I bought an 05 Dodge 2500 Laramie Diesel 6 Speed SRW. Thing was crazy rare, only 35k on it, mint. This guy insists on us paying him in cash, I had to ride with him to two different banks because of course the first Chase bank didn't have the cash to support it. Didn't even have two forms of ID, we had to use his title as one of the forms of ID. Made the poor lady count out the 26, 000 dollars across her desk and then I had to ride home with him in his mothers camry. At this point my only saving grace was that my boss had the title so his risk was up and I was left hostage with this guy until I could get dropped off by him to drive the truck home.
Ed is the kind of guy I could just listen to for hours, telling random stories. Please Ed, regale me with the story of Kimmy and the blue Lamborghini. Thats a classic tale of shrewd negotiations.
Oh come on man! You so eloquently said it yourself... "those late 03 04 Arnages are just the quintessential perfection of British Bentleys." I remember because that's when I smashed the thumbs up on this video! When you come to your senses, hit me up! 😁 Cheers!
He's sold stuff for ...decades? High level sales people can turn the talk switch on and stop when it's not needed. Low level sales people can do it, too, but without the accurate speech.
Ed, I’m starting to wonder if there’s something you can’t do. Seriously, you’ve done just about every awesome thing, including telling a lawyer how to handle his case😂 that part cracked me up. Great stories!!
I like the way you tell the story, plenty of details, and right to the point, gives you facts you need to know, and none you don't Quite interesting, that's funny the lawyer asked you if you told the pawnshops lawyer about proving the damages if he couldn't buy it back
This is the second video ive watch from this guy and i love his videos. Very entertaining and informative. You should do voice over work. I just keep waiting on him to day MR ANDERSON😂😂😂😂😂😂😂(THE MATRIX AGENT SMITH)
I'd love to have a Bentley one day, even though I would look odd driving one given my style, but it would be awesome to enjoy one on the weekends and such.
Ed, the kind of guy that tells a lawyer how to practice law.
Brett Bilger, the kind of guy to make a Doug DeMuro comment sections joke in the VinWiki comment section
Brett Bilger I'm sure he meant this in a good way.
Brett Bilger
Errrrrrrr American lawyer you mean!
Pretty green wing
Lawyers practice lying they don't practice law. They practice protocols of policy, one can never practice law. They belong to the B.A.R. that organization acts as an officer of the court, not it's client. Be careful who you hire to protect your interest.
Only Ed would say a deposition and trial is kinda fun, so count him in lol!
813Productions "Court is fun when it's not your ass on the line."
-Bender Rodriguez
Ya guess if I was well to do and after interesting experiences I'd b day the same thing.
"I generally go to court when I can
- Ed Bolian
Ed ”Then you don’t have a case...”
Attorney “Did you tell their lawyer that?”
Ed “No I didn’t tell their lawyer that...... but they’re lawyers”
He must have hired Lionel Hutz.
😂😂😂
I was thinking the same thing
Works on consignment? No, money down!
😀
moose9c1 😂😂😂
They use the "Johnny Carson lawfirm" Dewey, Fleecem and Howe.
@@sferg9582 That name originated with the Three Stooges, long before Carson came on the scene.
I love how excited he was to get to testify about a strange car deal. That jury would have been in for a treat. "Verdict: whatever Ed thinks is appropriate."
That would have been a lot of fun.
P WrightisRight that would have been something to wittnes
P WrightisRight it's a civil case.
P WrightisRight - " I love how excited he was to get to testify" Why? He likes to hear himself talk.
An annual accident! What a tradition.
Gus Kipper “oh man is it the 14th already??” *swerves into lane divider*
I assumed that it was some party that they went to every year and had to look rich at and every year they got drunk and crashed it.
Was it his birthday or some holiday?
I’m part of this. Every February for the last 4 years I’ve had an accident. 13 feb 2013 12 feb 2014, 11 feb 2015, 10th feb 2016, 8th feb 2017. So I’m staying inside next week
bigBatZ still doing okay inside?
"Strange financial situation . . . No surprise there, it's Craigslist, and it's cars that I'm looking at"
I HATE jury duty but I’d volunteer for this one just to hear Ed tell his story.
Justin Register I had jury duty yesterday and today. I will say, it was the most boring and stupid thing ever, BUT, If Ed was there, I would want to be a juror just to hear him talk 😂😂😂
It’s a civil lawsuit there probably wasn’t a jury
Ed’s story telling is so liquid smooth. Another great story and another great 10 minutes to look forward to.
I think ed needs a new serries called "how to be a shrewd negotiator," thoughts?
Make an offer, then a week later offer the asking price. Done
ruclips.net/video/8ZFq1ypjfsA/видео.html
Can't get enough of these stories. Keep em up. Gives me something fun to watch at work.
This channel has grown so much. Can’t say I didn’t see it coming tho. Maybe now car people will say yes when I say “have you heard of vinwiki?”
Thanks for supporting us from the start!
"That sounds like fun, count me in"
Your attitude is both commendable and infectious. Thank you Ed, keep doing you 🤙
I actually just missed out on a Rolls under slightly different circumstances. The owner and I agreed on a price, then tried to heft a considerable dealer service bill on me after the fact. I handed him back the keys.
Can't believe how much this channel has grown in the past few months.. Keep up the good work!
I love how willing Ed is to dive into a lawsuit just for the fun of watching it unfold. Goes to show that good story tellers are always chasing a good story by nature.
Yeah, so...we are going to need a full tutorial on Shrewd Negotiation.
P WrightisRight yes! Hats the best idea I’ve seen all day! Mind you, this day is only 2 hours old.
He shrewdly negotiated himself to the pawn shops asking price.
The key is being willing to walk away.
Uh, yeah. _"Don't do this..."_
Shrewd testification
I love these VINwiki videos! Keep em coming
I subbed when this channel was under 1000 subs and recommended on a Doug video... Now me and Ed are best friends via comment section.
Thanks for coming along for the ride bestie!
Hunter Rauvola I subbed when he first made it. I was his first sub. He sends me 2 grand a week... right Ed?
ceejay1992 what a funny guy you are.
Ed is probably the most interesting and funny guy you have on here. Always love his stories.
What a crazy story. I can’t believe you spent that time and energy. What you need to do now is track that same car down and buy it! It will be the perfect end to this story. Good luck.
That would be cool. I am sure I will wind up with one someday.
Ed I want you to do my eulogy when I die. Great story teller. The Morgan Freeman of the car world.
wooh, another great video Ed, i must admit i am spending every un-busy moment today watching your videos, one after another, heck i have stocked yesterdays deliveries on the shelves, updated out stores website and i am fielding all the phone calls that are coming in so i feel like i can afford to take some time to catch up on some of your great videos that i haven't seen yet.
Ed, you have incredibly amusing stories.
Not sure how I ran across this RUclips channel, but happy I did!! I don’t live far from Atlanta, and this stories are great! Drinking coffee Sunday morning on the back porch watching these videos great start of my day!
"It's always to have it reinforced that your low-balling properly"😂😂😂😂
They're lawyers, they know what damages are! Love it Ed!
i've waited all week for a story by Ed
Ed : the great story teller of vinwiki :D
mplewp I
?
I work at a high line dealer and we have had quite a few of the old early 2000's Arnage's come through on trade. From my personal experience, they are complete garbage. Not a single one of them passed safety inspection and needed thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of parts.

I want a vinwiki shrewd negotiator tee shirt
Yes please :)
Dude, this guy is a cool cat. He's got some good stories on here. My hats off to you Mr. VINwiki.
The ridiculousness of lawsuits these days is just unbelievable... Next time i stub my toe im filing suit against the sock manufacturer for not adequately protecting me, the finish carpenter that installed the door or trim i hit it on for not forseeing my grievous injury, the architect and job foreman for
Allowing said carpenters to install it, and the city building inspector for passing such a clearly dangerous building onto the public.
Should be able to get a real nice lambo or a LFA with my settlement
J Blob the lawsuit is justified however.
I like these stories. They rarely end with a dramatic finale but they are simple, truthful, interesting stories about cars and life. Thanks for this, Ed.
I love hearing all of Ed’s stories. Get excited when I see when ever it’s one of his
Great story as usual Ed. Love your crazy deals!
I just love when Ed tells stories, I could just listen to him all day!!
Another great story by Ed! Waiting for the “Shrewd Negotiator” t-shirt
i don't care about cars, found this vid randomly, but oh boi, i did not notice it's been 10 minutes, he's so good at story telling , this is amazing.
I love weird car buying stories like this and this guy is an amazing story teller.
If only it was Kimi's Bentley, probably would have been no chaotic lawsuit XD
But at least we get to hear an Ed Bolian story!
It would look good in pink.
If I wanna pay what a pawn shop wants to pay, I'm pretty safe in a car. Classic Bolian 😁😎👍
in 1 month, this has become my favourite channel, I check daily for new stuff.

I think Ed's best asset is his story telling. Has such a great natural ability.
"It's Craigslist, and it's cars that I'm looking at." I feel like there's a prostitute story there, somewhere.
Steve Miller there actually is one! He made a video about buying a Lamborghini from a prostitute. But it wasn’t through Craigslist.
【BUTT IMPLANTS】
Vinwiki yall are the greatest. I love listening to these stories in the background while eating.
Great videos and great stories! 🤑
So refreshing to watch a big RUclipsr that is not full of himself. Ed seems real deal.
Why is this guy not on TV? I love his voice!
How do you even come up with reasons like that for a lawsuit? And why no one along the way told the guy he's dreaming? Where's common sense?
Австралия Без Купюр trying to make some money
That particular caseless "case" here seemed to be more of a sharky lawyer thing.
Lawyer probably takes any lame case on contingency thinking he might be able to make a quick buck if he wins, and if he loses; no biggie, no reputation to protect or anything for a lowly, no-name lawyer.
one word: America!
this won't and can't happen anywhere else in the world.
Everything about this was incredibly strange! Love the car though!
I absolutely love listening to ed take 10 minutes to tell a 3 n a half minute story idk y, but ima keep clicking n watching!
Ed, the kind of guy that tells a lawyer how to practice law.
I could listen to Ed tell stories for hours on hours and never get bored.
Stop copying comments fucking idiot
If I ever get a super speeder ticket you have to be my attorney you speak like a million dollar attorney
Ed has the best stories and best way of telling them.
Lawyer: We might need you as a witness.
Ed: Well that sounds like fun...hahhahaha
When talking to multiple lawyers and court dates are fun said Ed,lol.
I’ve watched like 6 of his videos and kept saying this guy is so familiar and then it finally hit me! Billy Bob freaking Thornton!!!!
Wow, I've only just come across this channel but I absolutely love hearing this guys stories. He is so fascinating and such a great speaker!
"Going to court sounds like fun. Count me in"....lmao you are a special kind guy!
I swear Ed’s story time has me more excited than Xmas. Such an amazing and engaging story teller.
Honestly my favorite channel on RUclips
Ed you crack me up definitely the best story teller upload more Ed stories please lol
I truly only watch this channel for Ed lol. hes an awesome story teller
"... here's another Bentley that I somehow avoided owning - fantastic! ..." 👏 It's relaxing to hear how other people try to appreciate finally getting away without the initially pursued deal, too.
I knew it would probably have been financially disastrous to own but was ready to take the punch. Always nice to know you avoided your own stupidity.
The ones You absolutely can't avoid owning, despite different coeval owners, additional third party claims, vast black holes in the overall history and a ridiculously low offer still intermittently do turn out truculent enough, don't they? Keep the shrewd stories coming, very diverting alltogether!
Ed articulates his thoughts and narrates pretty well.Loved it
Last time I was this early, Buford Calloway hadn't even cracked open the two liters of sweet Dixie Champagne.
Coca-Cola!
Wonder if Ed has any white ES-CA-LAD stories? LOL sharetv.com/watch/626171
Automatically hit the like button when I see a Ed face 😂
Love his stories
I love bentleys too! I have been looking into buying on for the past 5 years. But I still haven't bought one yet.
That was a great story. Ambulance chasing at it's finest!
Your videos are awesome and full of information. Thank you for doing them!
Ed is by far the best story teller on VINwiki 😁
The gift of gab, this is needed by any good sales man!
I love how ed actually read comments and reply.
I sure do!
I'm hoping to get to a point in my life that all this information I have in buying ultra luxury cars comes in handy:) Thank you👍
I clicked on a few Lexus cars on Carfax or Car Guru and next thing I know I'm seeing lots of 2003 - 2006 Bentleys for sale. Outstanding looking cars but I suspect they'd drive me to the poor house.
Thumbs up for the video. I enjoyed it. Thanks.

Love this man's storys! great channel!
I'm not really a car guy but I love hearing these stories.
“Part of being a shrewd negotiator...” Classic Ed
Great story, but sad ending! You are missing out on one heck of a car! Keep looking!
I have. As much as I want an Arnage I think I am going to have to get a Spur Speed.
Oh come on man! You so eloquently said it yourself... "those late 03 04 Arnages are just the quintessential perfection of British Bentleys." I remember because that's when I smashed the thumbs up on this video! When you come to your senses, hit me up! 😁 Cheers!
Arnage T has been in my top 3 for as long as I can remember. If only I was born rich instead of handsome.
Definitely my favorite storyteller on this channel!
Glad he isn't my lawyer lol
Ed, how did you get so eloquent with speech? Seriously you need to teach your subs the Bolian technique
He's sold stuff for ...decades? High level sales people can turn the talk switch on and stop when it's not needed. Low level sales people can do it, too, but without the accurate speech.
holy crap you have 213k now? I was here at 3k lol, loved the older videos
no one cares if you were here at 3k do you think it makes you special
Would like a medal with that twelvie.
Uriah check my other comment because it’s aimed at you too
513k now!
I can sit here and binge watch these for days on end... oh wait i have been
LOL that prosecutor was thinking oh crap, back to law school!

@4:55 when he said it’s bout setting yourself up to have less competitors when buying a car that’s how I feel
I'd love to have a Bentley one day, even though I would look odd driving one given my style, but it would be awesome to enjoy one on the weekends and such.
“That COULD have happened...”
Words of wisdom from Ed-
I love this channel, but I think you should put some foam around the room to prevent echo
Hott damn another Ed story, all is right in the world! Seriously Ed you need to start a pod cast man.
I love these videos while I wait for my classes. 👍🏻
