When your skin feels dry, ensure you drink plenty of water and consume plenty of fruits and vegetables with high water content, and avoiding caffeinated drinks, use a gentle face wash like riceberryy face wash by liittleextra to keep your skin's pH balance at 5.5, avoid scrubbing your face too hard, consider applying Hyaluronic acid to help your skin retain moisture, and apply raw, unfiltered honey as a hydrating facial mask to maintain clear, glowing skin without pimples; and if you're feeling stressed, keep in mind to relax and maintain happy, healthy, stress-free skin.
I really liked that it didn't remove my skin from its natural oils. My face was pretty hydrated even after a 3-4 minute wash with rice berry face wash.

@@Khateeja1000 follow the doctors recipe and add half teaspoon cinnamon, I use it four times a week..at night I use coconut oil mixed with geranium oil, lemon oil ..use any essential oils of yourself with coconut oil or olive oil...keep smiling 😃 😊
