Enjoyed the video, especially like the 90hp trolling motor, LOL. As others have said i appreciate your respcct for the resource, letting the largest go to help the gene pool and keep the population strong. TIGHT LINES ALL

I was impressed by how you put the large ones back in the water. You care about future spawns. That is why I subscribed to your channel. Thanks!

Jay I had a downer of a comment on your last vid but I have a good one this time. Went out yesterday and caught a 21" smallie and a 14.5" crappie. Those were just 2 out of 21 fish I caught total. I caught 17 smalllies, none of which were under 17". It was a legendary day for me.

Love Alumacraft, mine a 1967, F7, just the perfect craft for those smaller lakes. She's 23 years younger than me and has nary a leak to her hull. Say, those crappies were pretty nice too.

@@JaySiemens Yes it has. I love gills, crappies and northern pike fishing. For those specie, she's a dream. And pushing 77 years of age I can still handle her like a hew born baby for which I thank God every day. Happy Fishing.

Great video Jay! Have to ask, are you on the lle or river? We went into Middle this weekend and with the water having dropped so much had a hard time finding them. That being said, never caught one outside of the lake, so still trying to figure at out. 66 deg in Middle Lake, 53 just North of Norman dam. Big difference!

once u find them you should just spot lock ur trolling motor vs like trying to find them in reverse again after finding them and drifting off them

    • @zachburger7126

My dad say your dont need electronics to catch fish. It just makes it easier to find. Crappie are a pattern fish once you find them.
