God damn it his name is Hitoshura (人修羅 "Human Asura"). They localized it as "Demi-Fiend" for some reason even though he is not apart of the Fiend (魔人 Majin, "Demonic Being") race.

I love the fact (and I'm sure people will agree with this.) that when it got to Demi-Fiend turn he used Gaea Rage! For the uninitiated in Digital Devil Saga Demi-Fiend is the ultimate boss in that game and let's just say he loves to use Gaea Rage alot.... DDS remastered?
I always did find it odd how some races only have one demon to them, like Raptor with Gurr. He's kinda just smushed awkwardly in the beginning with the Fouls lol
My body is so ready for this game, but I feel a wee bit bummed that we are not getting any new demons for this release. I don't want too many of them either but what I'd give to see some cool ones like Alice or Kresnik.
The really bizarre part is how some of the music is obviously the same super-compressed track from the PS2, and other stuff... isn't. Fierce Battle sounds about as flat as it possibly could while the Cathedral of Shadows track at the start of the trailer sounds good, with actual highs and lows and everything. The difference is night and day. Hopefully Atlus puts more work into the actual game! I know Persona is their hot property and all, but Nocturne in particular I've felt is the best thing they've ever made, so I hope it's treated well.
and the fiend theme was the compression of it from smt 4 if I'm right. It's probably too late to hope for a full set of uncompressed osts, but boy do I want it.
I saw some japanese asking for uncompressed ost, seriously, it's just a shame that this is going to be just a cash grab, these songs do not deserve that poor quality, disgusting.

I may just be stupid, but Beelzebub really doesn’t sound compressed. I’ve heard an idea that the ones that are compressed are the ones with solo variations because they don’t have the masters. Makes me a lot more forgiving and the ones that honestly need to be uncompressed the most are Beelzebub and Reason Boss Battle
This is pretty cool. I would love to find out more about the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, but I am a little budget constrained at the moment. Could you consider putting the 3DS games on sale? (And maybe Etrian Odyssey too?)
