Gets their rent paid by....erm....us? The same people paying for the cop stations??!!!! So, that means we can just walk into their homes because....we pay for it??? BTW... every country has tax. Please consult a solicitor to see if you can take out a private prosecution against both public servants. People like this need to have their unlawful behaviour taken to court and compensation taken out of their pocket not the public purse. We want police accountable for their actions not have them with the attitude we can do what we want. This also should be reported to the Police and Crime Commissioner for Peterborough and direct to the Chief Constable. I suppose all that will happen they will be suspended on full pay with a hearing behind closed doors. The outcome is that they will be exonerated and no further action taken. This is the outcome 99.99% of the results in police policing themselves. Police say it’s private property but never ever can produce official paperwork to prove it. Police always take the stance that everyone is lying to them , so we should take the same attitude with them. The plain clothes copper said e does not know or can show on a map the boundary line but still wants PTTP to move. Police never LIE do they.

It is not unlawful to dislike or hate the Police, have a bad attitude towards them, refuse to talk to them, openly disagree with their conduct, talk over them or give legal advice to a person they are questioning. More people need to understand that. Their throwing the question of "Have you had a bad experience with Police?" into any conversation with you, is designed to disrupt your narrative and is usually done when they feel they are losing the Verbal Judo with you. So, take it as a backhand compliment as to your verbal skills and don't answer their question. Or really piss them off and remain silent.

Instead of going to talk with his sergeant about where the limit of public access is the Constable was asked to report an assault by the said sergeant to an Inspector and he clearly didn't do so. The sign with "Pedestrians to use front entrance / exit" written on it is obviously there for the public to read and is to indicate that they should use the front entrance / exit. It does not state that the public is not allowed past that point. The Constable's bullshit about wasting police time was obviously intended to be taken as a veiled threat.

The very first conviction using this legislation has brought down a female cop who stood by and laughed as she watched another male animal cop break a 72 year old woman's arm and dislocate her shoulder during her arrest. She suffers from dementia. She was 'awarded' $3 Million for her troubles. The male cop got five years. The female cop got 42 days. Both have been sacked and barred from being cops for life. I find it troubling the double standard cops impose when dealing with a complaint. Cops can approach you and claim they got a call about your behavior, treat the call as truth and need your details. Then you can file a complaint that happened minutes ago directly to a cop and all of a sudden they say they can't do anything because they didn't see it, even though you are willing to show them video evidence of the interaction.

In my teenage years I was a pretty decent lad, but a bit of a tearaway on motorcycles. On Several occasions I was stopped, legitimately , usually speeding, on one occasion I had a worn tyre, on another, no m.o.t, on another no road tax, on another an illegal exhaust and a number plate under regulation size.
As I was always polite and didn't offer any mitigation, every single copper gave me advice and sent me on my way, no prosecution.
That was back in the late 70s and 80s.
These days although I don't have any interaction with them, through videos like yours , I can see they are very much a different breed.
They seem surly, uneducated, totally lacking in people skills, and don't seem to respect their oath of attestation, they are there to serve the public.
It's such a shame that at 60 years old I now no longer have the respect for the police, I once had. To the point, if I do in future have an interaction, I will record it for my own safety.

Make an official complaint. Just walk into the pig pen and ask to see the superintendent. If he/she isn't available then make an appointment. Don't see anyone else. I made a complaint many years ago and they gave the cop I had trouble with a right bollocking. Followed up with a phone call appology. Try it, please.
