If you offset the plots in a grid, the deadspace will be gone. Think of a spreadsheet. Line 1 is column a and b. If you start line 2 at the intersection of a+b and the next plot at the intersection of b+c, there will be no deadspace. It won't be an overall square, obviously, but no deadspaces. Hopefully this makes sense and helps. Good video. Cheers.
Well...we tried several things like that on our current location, and nothing worked. We have now practiced several times laying down the 'honeycomb' 7-plot sections at scale, resetting the centers, and it has worked very well.
If you are referring to the dead spot in the middle of the four plots, rotating blocks into that area will certainly close it up a bit. It isn't as usable as you would like, but that might work.
Thank you for the feedback. I do try to keep the background low, but may have failed in my editing this time. I have the raw files, so will see if I can replace with an improved version.
Well, I was hoping to be able to upload an improved version, but I would have to delete this one (forever) and upload it as a new video. For those having similar experience, I apologize. This shouldn't be an issue going forward.

Certainly! Glad you enjoyed it.
Use a small foundation to get to half a square, maybe?
