If you want to learn or improve at something (instrument, language, fitness) Get Comfortable with Feeling Uncomfortable.
    You get what you give

I failed at formal education. I could do the work on a week to week basis but would quickly forget the previous weeks 'lessons;' the result being that i was in pretty much the same state of ignorance of the subject/s by the end of the course or year. End of year revision fet like trying to cram a whole years lessons into a couple of weeks, which put me in stress overload. Consequently, and not being entrepreneurial or skillful/artistic, i've made my living by doing minimum wage and at times, much lower paid work. No amount of mental psychology or b/s changed my learning capability. I came to the conclusion when i was about 30 years old, that i failed as a child because of (a) immaturity and/or (b) distractions in a school full of teenaged disruptors. So i embarked on a few adult education course, but the result was the same, i just couldn't retain the information .... Oh well. 🤨

Learning how to learn, and simultaneously how to learn quickly makes for the growth mindset. The more competitive the University for grad school, the better/best eventual result. Whereupon success equals those long term rewards. Was that stickler graduate course 'statistics' related ?

I use this. Unfortunately I get over the hump and it gets easy enough to get boring, then I lose attention.
I have not yet won the "do boring stuff" game, and I'm not sure I want to 🙁 probably the issue lol. That and painful ADHD.

I learned nothing from this video on how to learn anything. JK! However, thank you Dr. Patrick. You solved my carnivore leg cramp issues. Instead of taking fist fills of electrolytes twice a day, I now take low doses throughout the day and the cramps vanished. You’re the best!

cut a wedge towards your goal and let hard work steadily make the cut more precise as time goes on. as long as you keep moving towards the work that takes effort you're headed in the right direction

@@komorebi_dayo you say: I need to start taking action towards my goal, even if my initial attempts are imperfect. I shouldn't be afraid to make mistakes or feel like I need to have everything figured out from the start. The important thing is to begin making progress.
I need to be consistent and dedicated in my efforts. I understand that improvement takes time and practice. I'll keep working hard, learning from my experiences, and refining my approach as I go.
I need to stay focused and motivated, even when things get tough. I'll remind myself that as long as I keep putting in the effort and moving forward, I'm on the right path to achieving my goal.

@@jlllx Because if he does these things in his personal life then I don't put it past him to cheat and lie about his professional life and studies. Pretty simple really. People don't just lack integrity in their personal life, but in their professional life have complete integrity. There's probably someone with more knowledge and integrity than him that we can learn from.
