With that long seat, it reminds me of the old Raleigh Chopper, though even that had an adjustable height seat, and of course having that big ol' nutcracker of a battery pack on the crossbar, that's a scary prospect in the event of a sudden stop... :S
what would have helped a bit , when you went off road unlock the full power of the motor and reduce the tyre psi down to 10psi , although it isnt a mountain bike it would have made it easier on the nutz ! 🤣
Give it a year and it'll be in the bin like all cheap Chinese bikes, the battery bms will fail and most of the components will brake being made of poor quality metals which is why everything is powder coated.
On the plus side though you can replace almost everything on the bike. Unlike my £5000 German built ebike. With a motor that can't be repaired, or the battery that has parts of the controller in it and when it dies your bike dies.

I think that still counts as illegal here. As while you are technically off road, you are still on public land.

I just got a stupid idea, the pedal assist sensor is on the crank, what would happen if you was to put it on the wheel?
