THAT'S ONE TRUE TESTIMONY/REVIEW! i also own a Tiggo 7 Pro, and it's turning 1 year this April. true enough, i haven't paid anything, with regards to the damage/broken parts (ex. auxillary fan, thermostat, door rubber/shock absorber) they replaced it with a new one, me without spending anything! The PMS, change oil, is totally free of charge! I'm very much happy and satisfied with the aftersales of CHERY AUTO, especially here in bacolod. the service advisor responds and attends to your concerns immediately. they didn't disappoint us with their promises. I'm glad i chose CHERY AUTO as my first car. 😍😍😍

@redder95 yung auxillary fan ang talagang may problem, biglang nagstop umikot which causes overheating, upon thorough checking, they decided to have it replaced with a new one including the thermostat. ung rubber lining naman. sila na din mismo nag advise na palitan ng bago para mas smooth yung sound pag close ng door. i didn't notice it actually pero sila nagsabi since its free naman so i have nothing to worry 🙂
Hi Sir Reygan, I also own a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro 2 tone, bought it last July 2022 taking partly into consideration your excellent review at that time. Currently, it's the only China-made cars among my other vehicles. Truth be told, I love it no doubt but there are recurring issues that the dealer (Chery Marilao) has not been able to fix despite several visits, as follows: 1. Air leak/moisture at the windshield vent (which may be causing the aircon to be somehow weak at the front, weaker at the back), 2. Non-functioning android auto (apple car play is excellent), 3. brake hang (car is at stop position for =/- 3 secs even if break/auto-hold is released), 4. auto-hold growling sound. Dealer said I will be asked to being the car in time with the UAAGI technician's visit. I would assume other owners share their experiences with you and I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter. But over-all, it is still an 8.5/10 for me.
I can't wait to watch this. I just recently got my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6T GDI and I am highly satisfied with its performance and looks. Hopefully it lasts long! 😊

Chery's aftersales support is execeptional,. My battery just died in almost 2 years of ownership. I called Chery's aftersales support and in less than an hour, one of their roadside assistance representative arrived to help me out to get the car going. And in just a regular Tiggo 5X owner Btw I've met Mr Reygan last year at Chery's fun drive to Highlands in tagaytay
I’m planning to get mine this August. Hopefully I get approved. My first car. I’d buy this because of the warranty and I am not looking at selling it in the future. I am at peace due to the maintenance and it’s cheaper with promos. It’s this or Gelly coolray but Geely price here in Iloilo is like you are buying a japanese car. 🙏

Glad you family is happy with your purchase, that fuel economy is kind of high though. When you go in for the next PMT ask them to look into that and the suspension to ensure its still solid(the complaint. Your mom had about the bumpiness) and that the tyre pressures are ok on a regular baisis
Hindi sa suspension yun sa tingin ko. Ranger raptor daily ko at nag test drive ako tiggo 8 pro at ramdam ko talaga yung road imperfections. Sigurado sa chassis yun at wheels yun. 1 whole chassis lang tiggo while 2 separate chassis raptor at fortuner. I tried also Mazda CX-5 at same lang, parang nag bend chassis sa uneven roads. Maalog at pangit para sakin

Most of the owner usually says lakas sa gas not becoz of the fuel capacity but mainly on the engine itself. Malakas po tlg, especially pag ns city ka and rolling about 30 to 60 kph.
My concern are about reliability. I bought a BAIC MS- 50 back in December 2019. Due to the Covid there has not been many km's placed on the odometer. At 1 month the transmission went out completely. They replaced it without issue but 9 months later the transmission failed again & they would not cover it. Apparently the 3 year warranty does not cover replacement parts ( 6 months only ) had to pay out 27,000 PHP. It only had 7,000 km. At the 2 year mark BAIC pulled out of the Philippines ( all 8 dealers closed their doors ). Changan brand that was aligned with Hyundai is no longer available at any Hyundai dealer in Batangas or Laguna. There is a small independent Changan dealer in Lipa City, but it is in the old MG location. ( only 2 cars & no service center ) Gone from Santa Rosa & Batangas City.

Ang dko lang nagustuhan dito nung nagtest drive mahina ang aircon at mabigat ang hatak. Buti pa cs75 nung tinest drive na mas malaki ang gaan ng hatak at aircon settings na 24degree ay ang lamig sa loob kahit tirik ang araw ang bilis din lumamig ng interior.

Matagtag dahil crossover/unibody frame versus fortuner is ladder on frame. In sense Tiggo ay 1 whole chassis while fortuner ay 2 separate chassis. Nag test drive ako tiggo 8 pro at na “tag tagan” din ako lalo sa footwell kasi ramdam ko roughness ng kalsada lalo hindi maganda. Kaya mas lalo lang ako na bilib sa raptor ko kaya ayun unofficial pre order nako sa next gen raptor.
Every now and then nakakakita ako neto. Ang ganda sa personal, kahit asawa kong walang alam sa kotse napapatingin din. Personally speaking mas maganda at mas malakas ang dating nya sa coolray.

THey are holding on to that "reliability" badge which for me is really BS. as a mechanic I can repair any vehicle so fear and reliability concers don't exist on my head. But I don't need to do my own repairs since the warranty will do that for me.

Maybe you driving a wigo or vios thats why. My cousins using a veloz and xpander and they are all looking at my tiggo we have same fuel econ. But mine has lots of features and the cabin is in another level.. and btw much expensive
totoo po. wala po akong binabayaran every pms. so far coolant lang ang binayaran ko(P350.00). 1 year na ung sasakyan ko pati ung mga engine parts na kelangan palitan, wala akong binayaran. 🙂

You should also try gac gs4. More reliable and solid build, better suspension, transmission and more solid performance

Try them both also. Parehas lang naman aggresive lang ang engine ng cs75 mataas rpm kahit in idle. It means mas mataas sa gas lalo na sa trapic
