I tried what this audiobook mentions, which is to meditate. I found that If you have zero confidence in yourself, the first step to creating some is to believe in yourself. Ultimately, I found that confidence which linked to that belief is an extension of the ego. Idk I just wanted to share that thought with the internet.

@@carbonillaianf.5899 Definitely worth looking into. It's essentially letting go- genuinely letting go of self-sabotaging believes that you adopted subconsciously at some point in your life. Or at the very least being made aware of it so it's not controlling you by affecting what you're subconsciously/ at times actually focused on. Take that with a grain of salt as it's a bit more nuanced than that and forming your own understanding will ultimately do you the best. JulianHimself has some really good/ clear videos on this as well as a YTer named Quazi Johir. Wishing you the best on our journey to become who we are.

    Journaling Prompts & Notes
    - Who am I at my deepest part?
    - What do I need to do or become to die complete? (If you were to die in 3 days)
    - Do not postpone living your deepest purpose. Spend 30 minutes a day FEELING this purpose and expressing it.
    - You cannot find your purpose by THINKING about it. You have to FEEL it.
    - The dark urges of the masculine - to take and almost force your woman into love is natural. Though we must use these urges out of love.
    - The dark urges of the feminine are to BE taken, to BE “forced” (out of love ofc).
    - The feminine, when not fully filled with love, will often turn inward and harm themselves- whether physically or mentally and emotionally - which is why we often see abused or neglected women blame themselves for their unhappiness and abuse.
The best way to find your deepest part is to stop DOING and start FEELING. Spend a day, or maybe even a week in silence to find it and feel your purpose back to you.
    40:17 - 40:54
    - If you hold back in any sense- in fighting, love, energy, war, etc - then you hold back in every sense.

Agree. They want the male to turn the masculine and feminine on and off like a light switch. They want the masculine to activate the arc the polar opposite while they play the feminine in the bedroom.. then afterwards they want the man to be the feminine so they could have a friend. They also expect the masculine to change light bulbs fix the sink etc and the feminine to wash dishes do laundry etc. All that confusion eventually leads to divorce. Thus the high rate of marriages that fail.

I think one way to find your true purpose is to go out and do something completely different to what you are used to, to go out of your confort zone. Maybe enrolling in a new degree, finding a new job, moving on to another country, taking dancing classes, joining charity organizations... there's infinite thing you can try to transform yourself in something better, something different. Maybe you won't find your purpose on a crochet class, but you will see your life from another perspective, and you will get inspired by the Universe to do what you are meant to do.

      From my notes so far
      * Find purpose through solitude & reflection - stop doing & start feeling.
      * Slowly but surely the source will speak to you from the deep well of being
      * What do I need to do, give, or be so I can die, complete, today?
      * Make time now & today so you can live today, which may be your last day, complete.
      * Sense of purpose is not something you can think. The mind changes from day to day. It must be felt from the grounded & unchanging depth of being.

I get the complete person thing. Alpha Male, Alpha Female. Its really the same from a personality standpoint, for example. This message isnt about becoming bi sexual because you think at a higher level than the stereotypical male or female. It's about becoming complete and understanding the thought process, emotions, drive, and expectations of the opposite sex. Think about it, there are men and women out there that are carbon copies of each other besides being different sexes.
