Thank you I did finish it but the drive shaft kept breaking i need to redesign the drive shaft. i have been restoring a car which has taken all my time. 👍

No driveshaft yet? Maybee a rubbercouplin would do it?

I'm currently build one for my RD400 using a hydraulic pump as load.

@makeorbreak2798 I'll not the smartest guy, but if you need some help with the dyno, I'll could maybe help you.

When is the actual running clip going to be up? Nice job on the build it's cool!

Its on hold man, i had it running but it kept snapping drive shafts, i will come back to it before too long. 👍

I would be surprised if that water pump is enough. Granted all my experience comes from full size water brakes.

You could be right mate, i am interested to know myself, i am more concerned about the pulse and not having smooth flow. Thank you 🙏 👍

@@makeorbreak2798 on certain brand dynos, they use a oversize pump and use a regulator to ensure consistent volume.

@@CMillet86 thats a great idea i was thinking about a bypass valve to keep the pump running, i might run 2 pumps and reg 👍👍

@@makeorbreak2798 A great piece of work!! A true thing to be proud of! For the pump youre using, you will be faced with two working points. The increasing pressure and the higher volumeflow. Both will end up in a exponential curve and will be tough to regulate. But worth a test!! I would also test a fuelpump with water, delivering high pressure and high volumeflow plus a 3 port valve to keep the pressure constant.

@@GlobalFlyer thank you 🙏 yes i think you are right on with that, I considered a second pump which might be ok and also with a regulator inline to keep the pumps running and at a constant pressure. Thank you

    Well? Did it work?

Kept breaking the drive shaft so i need to redesign it its an easy fix but the vibrations twist the drivesahaft and would glow red hot, so the dyno got pushed aside i will come back to it soon 👍👍
