Haaahaa, I did the exact same thing, trying to find the release button and then figuring out how the correct way to set into base ! My great Sister Bought it for my birthday ❤❤ Love it !
Hey 👋 Thx for watching! Just putting this out there in case anyone starts wondering. This video is not sponsored. I paid for this iron with my own funds. As I use it, I’ll share my thoughts and experiences with it.
You are a delight to watch and listen to. I admire your patience and totally relate when you realize you made a mistake. I think you would be fun to be friends with.
My original Panasonic iron does not have the rubber stopper near the plug. As you showed, this piece can move up and down the cord. I believe they have added that on as a safety feature so that you don’t accidentally cause the cord to retract while using. You would just pull out as much cord as you need and then secure it into position with the rubber stopper, just like a door stop.
Ohhh that’s great to know. Thank you 🙏🏻 I’ll share that in another video, especially in the one I’ll do a review of how it’s performed for a month or so.
I love my Panasonic cordless, but mine doesn't have the 2 pointed ends. Let me know please if you end up liking that. I don't always use an ironing board so I was afraid I wouldn't be able to set it down
My Panasonic is at least 10 years old and , at risk if jinxing myself, running well. Mine is flat backed. I absolutely love mine. People complain it doesn't get hot enough but I have scorched fabric
Love this iron !
Meeee tooooo!
Just ordered mine! I’m so excited! She’ll be here Saturday.
You will absolutely love it!!! 😍

I love this iron. I have had mine almost 2 years. I hope I never have to go back to an iron with a cord.
That’s the truth isn’t it?! It’s a game changer!

Awww. What a delightful comment. 😀 Thank you so much!
I’m thrilled to have more Quilty friends 😊

I think for quilting I’m going to LOVE the two-points soleplate. Time will be the test. I will definitely be opining on video! 😂 I can’t help myself!
