I'm a 42 year old Brazilian woman, feeling pain for 3 years now.
I was successively diagnosed with fibromyalgia by several rheumatologists. After almost three years looking for improvement and treating fibromyalgia, a new rheumatologist asked me for an MRI of the sacroiliac joints and discovered, along with other tests, that I have spondyloarthritis.
It's desperate to be in pain, do multiple treatments and not get better. I questioned my sanity several times. Many people said that I have something psychological. The diagnosis came as an answer and a certain relief. But the road is difficult and painful.

When he starts off right away with an untruth I have a hard time putting credence to the rest of his talk. At 0.50 he says "narcotics don't work", so obviously he has never been in a position to need them, but they help me get out of the bed in the morning.

I plan on getting this checked out. Been going on 3 1/2 years. For the longest time I thought it was injury from running but I think if it were. It would’ve healed by now.
