Is there a type of chiropractor i need to go to to get this type of adjustment? Anytime i gotten an adjustment, it was very basic & I didn't get the relief that i expected. I live in NJ & I have cigna for health insurance. Can you recommend someone?

I am in Connecticut. I spoke to two different chiropractors our here one does do the Y strap another chiropractor said he doesn’t recommend it. Curious to get your feedback. Thank you!
