- Today we take a look at a surprise patch that went live in Hearthstone that saw various updates to Battlegrounds heroes, tons of bug fixes for Twist as well as constructed and arena. We also take a look at some upcoming Hearthstone events and news.

I keep forgetting that battlegrounds is something inside Hearthstone until every single patch note update then I'll forget again before the next one.

Gets a bit annoying in some places though, like Twitch, want to watch a Hearthstone stream, have to check each one to make sure it's 'actually' Hearthstone.
The BGs EXP change has nothing to do with the afk EXP nerfs. The issue was that each combat phase has an EXP cap and Beast comps take so long to resolve that you would hit the cap like halfway through the combat.
There's also a bug in wild with the mage weapon that reduces a spell in your hand with 5 if you spend 5 mana on spells - it gets triggered by your opponent casting spells lol
Glad they fixed Stonebrew. I got a freeze mage with 3 Doomsayer... though I did have 2 Antonidas

Because warrior doesn't need a nerf. It's only good/annoying solely because of Bran. Nerfing him to 8 literally did nothing. I suspect even nerfing to 10 won't do anything either because the sole purpose of control warrior is to last way into the late game making the mana cost irrelevant. Double battlecrys for the rest of the game is just such a stupid mechanic especially when they constantly print really good battlecry cards. Blizz is too lazy and unwavering to rework the card entirely, so for now he's just a lingering cold that wont go away until rotation.
I'd rather face boomboss than warlock dropping huge board by turn 3-4 or OTK you With disgusting fatigue DMG lol.
Play Priest and you will make Warrior regret they were ever born. If more people copied Odyn and Boomboss and then copied those cards some more and yadda yadda, Warrior would basically die.
Now I get why pocket was running Genn in Handbuff Pala. Love the signature artwork also.
I’m so bored right now with the current meta I’m thinking of crafting whizbang and playing that till the new expansion comes out. What do you guys think?
If you have dust, then sure, if the goal is fun. I'd craft him too if I didn't have so little dust (I do have tons of gold however).
If constantly losing with bad decks is considered fun for you, then go for it. Except when you get the 20 card warlock deck. It's literally the best deck in the entire games history, so it's a free win against anything pretty much.

I forgot about Whizbang lol maybe I should try getting legend with that since I am not able too with normal decks.
XP update with BG's kinda makes sense, didn't expect them to actually do it though.
All I see is that it will be 7 patches now the "SHOPS CLOSED" bug hasn't been touched for mobile. No new cards for me :/ good thing they fixed aesthetics over this. I'm told I'm allowed to spend real money to get the cards though... conspiracy? probably..
Not familiar with this bug, could it be your internet connection? That’s the only time I’ve ever seen the shop saying it was closed

my arena run was ruined by the hearthstonebrew bug which sucks cause hes such a fun card to use in arena especially
And as usual long time achievement bugs that won't allow you do the achievement are ignored since the devs are too selfish and incompetent to fix those bugs. This game gets real old quickly when you realize it's rigged and you only play against the same damn 3 classes over and over again.
actually, you face the same 3 decks that have good tracked matchup data with your deck, so that they can influence the outcome by controlling the topdecks. you have no autonamy in this game. it is the matrix.

Huh? What do you mean by "not working"? Both shop and arena are working fine for me. I can buy packs and skins with gold, and I can play arena.
I said that they are not working in Russia. I am at the game right now, it doesn't work, the shop is closed and arena is "unavailable". I know that in all the world the shop is working and for some reason only Russia is otherwise.
@@impkiller5932 I'm from Russia too, I tested it right now, and I still confirm that both arena and shop are working fine for me.

Does Mercenaries even exist anymore?
Game still bothers you weekly when the Mercenaries deals rotate in the shop. It might be the single most aggravating thing the game ever does. I'm surprised Zeddy doesn't mention this more often, he's tended to get 'notification OCD' in the past.
I have never seen a business since SOE that always had game breaking bugs and Blizzard does wel to create bugs even cards that were working fine.
Case in point I play the duplicate Zilliax and ....I get one copy even my opp was like wtf .One copy is too easy to kill hence why you need the two copies.Thing is this card has worked fine for weeks so why now good job Blizzard at causing issues with cards tha twere working fine ....grrr.

What about the XP on solo adventures. Be I was able to farm 144xp every 30 minutes, now is just not possible because of the A.F.K. restriction

I already see this card's potential for the OTK in handbuff hunter. Buff it several times with cards like Messenger Buzzard, magnetize with mechs or Absorbent Parasite if needed, give it Always a Bigger Jormungar, give it Rush with Animated Broomstick, attack some enemy low-health minion, and boom! Tons of damage directly to the enemy hero.
Happy to see a majority of people hate Reno Warrior, such a boring and cancerous deck. Cannot wait for it to be gone.

@@vcraine 🤓 recent data. When not too long ago, battlegrounds led quite drastically. The question is why does it exist: because it is and continues to be one of their best modes. Actually.
