I just watched your reaction. Body Count was extremely controversial due to the first single “Cop Killer.” They were public enemy no. 1 and everyone from politicians, police groups, and concerned parents wanted their ass on a platter. They say there’s no such thing as bad publicity and they must have moved a lot more units because of it. They’ve released so many good singles over the years like “No Lives Matter” “All Love is Lost (featuring Max Cavelara” (really dark video). But if you’re looking for a video to laugh your ass off to, then look no further than their cover of “Institutionalized” by Suicidal Tendencies. Ice-T updates the lyrics and I think I was struggling to breath the first time I watched I was laughing so hard. It helps to know the original, but it’s not necessary.
Now, as far as his detective role, I haven’t seen a whole of episodes, but you’ve got it wrong. He plays against type, and he wasn’t a corrupt person.

Bodycount are killing it lately. You should check out thier new song sycopath. They have a new album out in couple of months. They did a version of pink floyed comfortably numb too on new album. Not out yet though. They've done a ton of good political songs like No Lives Matter and Bum rush.
