Forex been a rollercoaster for me literally from the beginning. Went from not being profitable, too a BE trader, and to now making very small profits after 70 trades only made 3% profits on my account.
So I decided to join a mentorship, and my lack of knowledge was understanding market structure more in depth and also understanding the overall story of Multi-timeframe analysis, and having a proper plan where it's strictly mechanical.
One thing I did do good on my account was my management skills, but I was taking way too many losses, but somehow still came away with 3%. Lol.
I'm finally getting there now tho. Can't wait for that next level.

Yes I do.
So do you trade Jen pairs or is it only silver?
I trade 15 assets, 13 fx + silver and gold
Do everything you have to do to preserve the profits from that silver trade because that drawdown isnot at all pretty
Drawdowns happen, in mechanical trading we know what we can expect from drawdowns, how often they happen etc allowing us to risk accordingly.

If we’re being factual, drawdown is with reference to account balance. MAE or Maximum adverse excursion is the correct term for price going against an open position.

@@SamKBTradingCan you reference your 'facts'? drawdown, although yes is typically in reference to account balance isn't limited to just that, its a general noun and not specific to balances/accounts etc. MAE is just a metric of the maximum 'drawdown' of a trade . Thing is you never explained what it meant, so there was no teaching. No need to overcomplicate things to sound slightly more sophisticated when the differences in terms are very negligible for what are mostly begninners watching your channel
