Another thing, I can’t even fathom the terror and confusion poor Mags and Paw Paw went through when this all went down, we’ll probably never know the true details but I think it’s safe to assume it was brutal, violent, unexpected, chaotic and just pure hell on these poor folks, may God bless their soles.

Explanations can be so drawn out I think it causes people to stop listening and loses its effectiveness. Expert should choose his words carefully, example he says “we were able to locate the weapon” lawyer interrupts with “when you say locate the weapon what do you mean by that? Is it the muzzle”…….expert should explain in as simple words as possible, like this “my demonstration very simply lines up the path the bullet would have traveled coming out of the barrel of a gun at a given height of a 5’2” shooter given the distance in this illustration for it to line up with the angle of the bullet holes, lawyer, now show us what happens if you try to put someone 6’4” in that spot under the same conditions.

But can the shooter be bending down and not standing up when shots were made?
