Hey Joe, I just searched for your most recent video because I want to thank you from the depths of my heart and soul for helping me with my mental and physical health issues, even though the PE with Joe was a lockdown thing, I only discovered it recently and I do a video workout every day. I feel I'm ready for more advanced stuff now because I really want to push my body and get fitter Please keep the new work outs coming because I'm always up for trying new things
This one's really done me in! And I swapped out some of the more difficult ones (e.g. I just cannot do lunge jumps!) with easier ones. Please keep them coming - gluttons for punishment that we all are!
That was Tough! I only did 40 seconds of each exercise and still had to use a few pauses or I'd have been sick. Filing it on my Very Hard Workout playlist to come back to one day - one year of 5-days-a-week Joe has not prepared me for this yet! Thanks for keeping the bar high Joe!
Really tough workout but i kept goin, skipped one or two exercises and did an alternate exercise but was great, really hard but worth very muc, knackered now, thanks joe.

Good grief. That was rough. Could barely keep up but completed it in the end. I had to change up some of the exercises due to my bad knees but great workout. Will definitely do this one again. Thanks Joe.
Loved this workout. Could we pls have a workout that has no shoulder moves (burpees are fine, bear crawl too). I have an injury which makes it hard to do plank style exercises or any kind of mountain climber 😩. Thank you!
