It’s a great guitar and I was lucky enough to get my hands on one because I had to order in advance . They were completely sold out before they reached the shops here . Just after I got it was the Hella Mega Tour and I was lucky enough to locate where they staying and got their autographs on the body of it while having a good chat with them 👍
The reason I have a les paul junior, and started on a stratocaster is because of Green Day. Im past alot of there new music, but i will always say their the ones that made me want to play a guitar and be in a band in the first place.

ANY Les Paul Jr. is a great guitar to own !! Their simplicity will induce creativity with volume control, pick position and pick attack to create some dynamics in your playing when playing any leads.
Love your story man, Green day got me into guitar too at the time. That guitar though especially the case holy smokes it's nice, really debating if I should get one ( probably have too much already lol)
