I purchased my Eight Sleep Pod 2 on 1/12/21. Unfortunately, the cover leaked on 2/20/22, and later, my hub stopped working on 10/30/22. Fortunately, customer service replaced both without any hassle. However, after 3 years, my replacement cover has started to leak. While I love the technology, the disappointing durability is evident. Since I'm out of warranty now, I'm going to attempt to repair the leak myself. 😫 The new POD 3 version comes with a subscription model and 500% increase in cost. If the durability remains the same, it's simply not worth it.
Yep, mine leaks every time. All of the three covers that I got all leak at certain point of time. I have to say that max life of these covers are a little over 2 years. My latest Pod3 cover was just a little over a year and they will not cover it because the warranty is only on the original cover which was also leaked. So, no I will not purchase another Eight Sleep product.

Only to be pleasantly relieved as the video rolled on to reveal the delightfully positive conclusion of events. Because my Pod 3 system has been waiting patiently for the day my friend comes over to unbox and help me set it up. Just in case I had second thoughts due to the hefty price tag it's been untouched for about a week. Your videos help. Thanks!
My first one leaked at the junction in the matress cover. The newer edition has it on the side now. They replaced mine without any issue after almost 2 years. Unfortunately the wifi connection is garbage and is starting to go and they wont cover that. I have to buy the new pod 3 for 500 but the good news is I am grandfathered in so no montly subscriptions.
Don’t buy . Starts leaking in less than 1 year. The system didn’t spot the big leak , I had to get video and sent it to them. Yes replacement was speedy , but why this works happen in less than 1 year after 5K price of the mattress . I am very disappointed.

Mine leaked after about 9 months, got it as a housewarming gift. They won't even sell you the top cover even if you want to pay for it
