@@HungryTwoTravel Gevrek iz the best simit ever. But only the people from İzmir call it Gevrek. If u go somewhere else in Turkey they won't understand u :)
      Actually, Gevrek means crispy/crunchy.

Hello guys. Great channel and great video. I just would like to point out one thing: In Turkish language, the suffix -si is used to indicate a possessive. Example: X Lokantası means X's restaurant. İzmir Esnaf Lokantası means İzmir Shopkeepers' Lokanta, since esnaf literally means shopkeeper(s). The root word is "lokanta", which etymologically comes from "locanda" in Italian, originally translating as "inn". So, the correct usage is "a lokanta", not "a lokantasi". Just a small point : ) Keep up the good work.

Kelle paça çorbasına az limon sirke sarımsak ilave ederseniz çok güzel oluyor birde sadece paça çorbası için kuzu ayağından yapılır kimi yerlerde sığır ayağından da yapılır süper kolejenli olur çok yararlıdır
