Since discovering Ulduar in the Storm Peaks, adventurers have journeyed to the titan city to learn more about its mysterious past. Further exploration has revealed that the magnificent complex is above all a prison, intended to permanently confine the Old God of death, Yogg-Saron. This ancient horror has corrupted its guards, and now it is breaking through the last of its restraints. Faced with the peril of Yogg-Saron's imminent freedom, a band of mortals has made preparations for a sweeping assault on the city. Overcoming the legions of iron minions and towering defenses at the city's entrance will take tremendous strength, but even that great victory may not be enough to overcome the madness that dwells below.

That Alliance mage that teleports Varian away really has some awesome dramatic timing. Props to him.

he wouldve made cairne or voljin warchief but he thought Garrosh couldve been a non-power hungry grom , turns out he was more power hungry than his father.. and he attempted to usurp thrall's position aswell ( before becoming warchief officially )

I did like Garrosh's no noncense take no prisoners additude but over time he lost it..
even before he was offically made Warchief you could tell part of him wanted to be in charge dispite him saying he wasn't worthy

A true warchief would never say "good morning". FOR THEY WOULD BE AWAKEN BY DRUMS OF WAR YELLING "TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE!". And proceed to shower in the bloods of their enemy.

I'm sorry, but I am seriously distracted by the gryphon making a pigeon noise when it comes up to Jaina. Like, it's a legendary mount of the air and it sounds like...a freaking park bird. It's cute and hilarious.
It's interesting to see how Jaina and Varian switched paths since than. Jaina once wanted peace between the Horde and Alliance while Varian wanted them all exterminated. Fast Forward to MoP and Varian learned to tolerate the horde while Jaina lost everything to a mana bomb and has been bitter towards the Horde ever since.

I actually think there is more behind Jaina's behaivior than the manabomb alone..
N'zoth's coming is getting closer and closer and she didn't appear in the whole Legion expansion yet..
Maybe she got corrupted and we will face her in a raid in the next expansion.

if you want to see garroshes old model just go to warsong hold and you will see garrosh hes in 2 places at once apparently

Being a major lore nerd at age 13 made this expansion a magical experience
This makes me miss Wrath of the Lich King.
Varian vs Garrosh, now this is a duel I would have liked to see to its conclusion. Warrior vs Warrior, Alliance vs Horde, Orc vs Human, Gorehowl vs Shalamayne. It's sad knowing that these two warriors, the best in their factions, are now dead. One went out like a hero, the other like a villain, but both are missed.
Garrosh would never stand a chance against Varian, only in his corrupt state from siege of orgrimmar maybe, but standard fight, if the king wanted him dead in 10 seconds, he would be.
In Wolf Heart, both Varian and Garrosh has a fight. Varian won.
Actually he didn't have gorehowl yet I think. He was holding dual axes.
I find the story more interesting on how Jaina is gonna progress via Legion.
Except Garrosh lost to Varian in the book in a 1v1 before (3v2 if you include the two Kor'on guards and a saber that interrupted them).

New models look awful. Like something straight out of a pbs children's show. And the animations are laughable lol.

And it only took the "Worst Expansion Ever" To give us Cinematics and textures that didn't look like a burning Play Doh Truck.
Don't be so harsh on Warcraft's cinematic. It's an MMO of old, back then player models were only meant to do one thing - kill mobs or die. It doesn't even compare when it comes to single player benchmark games from 2009. The Classic models remember times of Warcraft III Frozen Throne, and even though Varians model was a custom one, he was still modeled on the old 2003 Human model. Does it look bad? Not to me really, it was good in its environment, on the old world surroundings and vanilla items, but they were simply not made to be animated in a custom way, so they had to make their faces more high resolution, giving this kinda weird feeling when compared with current content, but it's unfair to degrade them as playdohs.
Anyone who says Wotlk was a bad expansion needs to replay it entirely again.

Wotlk was good but the pvp balance was a roller coaster and raids were pretty boring yes even ulduar
JKM2468 classic is out and guess what rdf isn’t to blame for a lack of social aspects players are just a lot less clueless and they just play for efficiency rdf just made it easier to make connections it didn’t destroy them

Looking back at these old cinematics after watching the cinematics from Legion, it's amazing to see how far WoW's graphics and cinematics have come through the years...
To this day those ending lines give me chills. Other than Flame Leviathan, it’s still one of my most memorable and favorite raids ever!

Just watching this trailer amazes me, but the best part of the trailer was at the end when It shows the title of the patch. That theme at the end brings chills to my bones of how epic Ulduar is. Nothing will ever be a better raid than Ulduar.
Just watched this for the first time, ever. Now the start of the conversation Thrall and Garosh had at the Crusaders' Coliseum makes perfect sense to me now...
[Thrall] "Garrosh, I expect you to control yourself here. I do not want a repeat of the Violet Citadel."
[Garosh] "Pah! That was a show of strength, worthy of a leader. I only regret I did not kill that human before the mage interfered."
It amazes me how Thrall witnessed how Garrosh acted in this situation and still wanted to appoint him warchieft.

this was the coolest raid i have ever been too, really fun and creative.
I miss old models of dwarves ;c I felt like I was in the Warcraft game then. But I still love these newer ones. Good to see the game getting up to date like other MMOs.
