PSU: Library damage around $750K to repair

- Portland State University estimated repairs for the library to be around $750,000. According to the school, the number could increase or decrease by $125,000.

Thia was so terrible to my old library where I spent many hours in doing research in as well as the Central library on 10th. PSU was good to this GED recipient & high school dropout allowing me to eventually being the 1st & only 1 in my family to acquire a university degree later finished at OSU having become interested in agricultural economics. If not for PSU this now old man would never have had the opportunity to study on the university level. Wonder if they about acetone being able to remove spray paint & most graffiti on many surfaces? I would not mind helping with clean up.Those people responsible for the damages should have to PAY for repairs!
700K for Administration, 50K to do the job.

it was PSU administrators who gave their blessing to this crime, it's best that 'they' foot the tab for damages -- 'not' taxpayers who expect PSU to be controlled by adults...

Campus security and pbd failed to protect the building for three days.
Wow. That's so sad about that Library in Portland. Why is this city still dealing with all of this. Good thing it's on the news. Yes drugs and graffiti and all these bad annoying stuff sure have increased since the pandemic.
Let the losers pay for it.
