For all of people though it takes years of concentrated work and effort and sometimes medication. It's not easy but saying that it will never go away isn't helpful for those going through trauma. I highly suggest psychedelic therapy with ketamine microdoses. Has a very high success rate with some people completely losing symptoms of PTSD entirely. The good thing about ketamine is that you take it and once you're done with your number of treatments then you don't have to take it anymore. It has lasting long-term positive effects. I would also like to say that I hope you are well too. I don't mean any Ill will by saying "I wish people would stop saying that". I'm sure you mean well but I'm afraid that due to my life experiences with such situations if it should apply to this around me or myself (purposefully trying to stay vague) that it seems like it only makes them feel hopeless. In my experience a complete recovery can be made.

Also, I literally got slapped everywhere by my dad once because I was upset I lost a bowling match and walked away to take a break. Back when I first watched it I was very confused on why such an animation would be made; just to stumble upon it a couple years later and realizing the dark meaning. For anyone who has experienced this or any other type of assault, I am very sorry you had to go through such a thing and it's not your fault. You are strong, and you are loved by many.❤
I feel so bad for this poor girl… the playlist makes the story a lot clearer but if your new to this series fans are pretty sure that during the girl’s childhood she was unfortunately sexually assaulted potentially even multiple times. This trauma from such an event leads to the video childhood where the girl begins to suffer from paranoia and waking nightmares hence the channel name I Can’t Sleep. These nightmares as well as the rape continued throughout her life until she was admitted to a psychiatric institution to get treatment. Sadly even during then she wasn’t receiving proper treatment and was more being tortured with a strange medicine which has most likely only heightened her nightmares or once again prevents her from falling asleep to experience the nightmares but driving her insane. We don’t entirely know what happens next however we do know that something happens to the institution for it to be shut down and even haunted by anyone who dares enter being killed by what potentially might be the heavily mutilated girl who barely resembles a human as she is forever tortured and never finding peace.
As someone who goes through sexual assault, this video is understandable in my eyes and very relatable. People who went through sexual assault or any other I want you to know that you have my heart and that you are special to someone even if you don't think so.

I as a child was a victim of sexual assault and these bring back feelings and memories in such a vivid manner. Yet I can’t stop watching them it’s like I’m obsessed. During the time that these things were happening it felt like it was what I was made for, like even as a child I had been convinced my life served the purpose of being used. These videos give that vibe of just living to be assaulted over and over again with no other purpose to life. I don’t know how you captured the essence of what it’s like to be assaulted but it’s so pure and strong it’s almost like I’m there again. You have some really good storytelling skills my dude, and I don’t want to worry anyone, I’m fine now. I have a job and a bf who’s been nothing but good to me for two years now. This is just my past not my whole life :)

When I first found this video I thought it was intended to be edgy and violent, but upon further critical thinking, this is a great art piece to represent how it feels to be sexually assaulted. Probably the most graphic animation that you ever did. I believe that this video is a metaphor for how a victim of abuse feels. They feel physically trapped, overwhelmed by fear and shame moments before, and moments after the act, being enveloped in a sensation of humilation. And then, the pain comes, a pain that kills from the inside, rape is something so traumatic and devastating that simply decimate great part of the victims lives. The title of the video, "Punishment", probably points at the sensation of guilt that victims of rape feel, they feel that deserved it somehow, and because of this guilt that many of these people refuse to ask for help or do a report. (Large part of this problem, it's due the scepticism and negligence of the society about these themes.) It's a source of endless psychological torture and horror.

As an sa victim this video truly depicts what it feels like even if there’s no words, people sometimes use different forms of showing what happened and this is a perfect description of what happens. If you’re going through anything make sure that you have your own way of coping. You’re not alone at all, there’s many others just like you who have gone through/ are going through the same stuff that you are. You don’t have to open up but if you do make sure you’re comfortable with it.

This...this feels hard to watch mate because of how disturbing and horrible the situation...does anyone has this feeling too? Well, I feel like this represents what it feels like being a victim of a abuse, perhaps SA. The victim feels humiliated and helpless and often think that this is their fault and that they deserved this when they are punished by the abuser, but in reality, they don't deserve this and it's not their fault and they don't realise that they are being abused. Perhaps our main character experienced this? I don't know, something inside my head triggers like I must cover my eyes and look away to avoid being a helpless witness to something so vile and wicked and my body starts shaking, like if it's rejecting what is going on while feeling this sense of horror and disgust. Maybe because I empathize with the horror that main character is suffering or it's because I don't like see people being hurt and being unable to help themselves. And this animation makes a great job on triggering that sense of horror and despair, so great job on that nosleep666! I think... But...i hope that the author both physical and mental health is fine, and if not, I wish that you will become better, both mentally and physically! Take care of yourself time to time!

i really enjoy your animations. I remember maybe a year or 2 ago i would watch a bunch of random "unsettling" animations from 10 years ago. they were longer than these, but similarly, they told a story. some had themes of abuse, trauma, cannibalism, but they're so interesting. it's nice to see people still posting genuine animations like these. Our artwork is very often a reflection of our mind. I'm an artist too, i've had moments where my mentality gets super dark. Sometimes so much that I can't bring myself to move, but if i can. I find in my artworks you can see a sort of "cry for help." But it's nice to get those nasty emotions turned into something physical. To represent the pain you feel. These animations of yours are a good way for you to ventilate your negative feelings. I hope all is well with you With whatever you may be dealing with, such as trauma, I hope your ability to cope with those feelings gets stronger and that you're not hurting yourself. I as a child was a victim of sexual assault and these bring back feelings and memories in such a vivid manner. Yet I can’t stop watching them it’s like I’m obsessed. During the time that these things were happening it felt like it was what I was made for, like even as a child I had been convinced my life served the purpose of being used. These videos give that vibe of just living to be assaulted over and over again with no other purpose to life. I don’t know how you captured the essence of what it’s like to be assaulted but it’s so pure and strong it’s almost like I’m there again. You have some really good storytelling skills my dude, and I don’t want to worry anyone, I’m fine now. I have a job and a bf who’s been nothing but good to me for two years now. This is just my past not my whole life :)

When I first found this video I thought it was intended to be edgy and violent, but upon further critical thinking, this is a great art piece to represent how it feels to be sexually assaulted. I believe that this video is a metaphor for how a victim of abuse feels. They feel physically trapped, overwhelmed by fear and shame moments before, and moments after the act, being enveloped in a sensation of humilation. And then, the pain comes, a pain that kills from the inside, rape is something so traumatic and devastating that simply decimate great part of the victims lives. The title of the video, "Punishment", probably points at the sensation of guilt that victims of rape feel, they feel that deserved it somehow, and because of this guilt that many of these people refuse to ask for help or do a report. (Large part of this problem, it's due the scepticism and negligence of the society about these themes.) It's a source of endless psychological torture and horror.

As an sa victim this video truly depicts what it feels like even if there’s no words, people sometimes use different forms of showing what happened and this is a perfect description of what happens. If you’re going through anything make sure that you have your own way of coping. You’re not alone at all, there’s many others just like you who have gone through/ are going through the same stuff that you are. You don’t have to open up but if you do make sure you’re comfortable with it.

Well, I feel like this represents what it feels like being a victim of a abuse, perhaps SA. The victim feels humiliated and helpless and often think that this is their fault and that they deserved this when they are punished by the abuser, but in reality, they don't deserve this and it's not their fault and they don't realise that they are being abused. Perhaps our main character experienced this?
I don't know, something inside my head triggers like I must cover my eyes and look away to avoid being a helpless witness to something so vile and wicked and my body starts shaking, like if it's rejecting what is going on while feeling this sense of horror and disgust. Maybe because I empathize with the horror that main character is suffering or it's because I don't like see people being hurt and being unable to help themselves. And this animation makes a great job on triggering that sense of horror and despair, so great job on that nosleep666! I think... But...i hope that the author both physical and mental health is fine, and if not, I wish that you will become better, both mentally and physically! Take care of yourself time to time!

I remember maybe a year or 2 ago i would watch a bunch of random "unsettling" animations from 10 years ago. they were longer than these, but similarly, they told a story.
some had themes of abuse, trauma, cannibalism, but they're so interesting. it's nice to see people still posting genuine animations like these. Our artwork is very often a reflection of our mind. I'm an artist too, i've had moments where my mentality gets super dark. Sometimes so much that I can't bring myself to move, but if i can. I find in my artworks you can see a sort of "cry for help." But it's nice to get those nasty emotions turned into something physical. To represent the pain you feel.
These animations of yours are a good way for you to ventilate your negative feelings. I hope all is well with you
