Just the simple fact that all the beats and lyrics have all been from Mike's head and he performed them makes Fort Minor amazing. He is probably one of the best musicians in any generation. He is working on Fort Minor while never losing sight in what helped him start his career with Linkin Park, he is one of the hardest working entertainers out there. I was 8 when Rising Tide came out and I feel in love with Fort Minor, I was a Linkin Park fan before but my appreciation for Shinoda came when Fort Minor came to my ears.

It was an amazing moment as I felt like the small youtube community that was nodding along to the uploads in old school YT fashion included you right next to me in that virtual show, and that was as awesome as when I first heard the Japanese EP of Hybrid Theory my sister's ex boyfriend brought back from being stationed there before it dropped in the US and I felt like I got a preview show of what was to come. This song hits hard as it did when it released, and I hope all the best for everyone in the Fort Minor / Styles of Beyond crews in both health and emotional wealth.
