Not gunna lie. This products instructions and available info is hard to find and doesn't give even close to enough info. Not to mention my knob stopped working day 1. Stay away from this product. Overpriced for a premium case. Everything else about it sucks. Also, you WILL NOT get a battery with it. You also will not be able to find one with a 1.25 connector on it already. So make sure you have the tools required to change the connector. Most come with a 2mm connector. Again. Overpriced.
Totally agree....trying to get somethiing like that here in the UK is a nono...ordered from Germany arrived yesterday, battery is the correct one but as you mention the jst is 2mm and not 1.25. Also on top of that...can't even get mine to authorize on via...so can't get to setup any layers...shit product for the price !!!!
@@d3v1ls51 Took me like 4 hours to get it connected to via. Even after that, I had nothing but issues with wireless connection. There is literally not one single way to know battery lvl or if it even fucking charging. Not a single page about light code meanings in any of their terrible documentation. We really need to start holding these keyboard companies to higher standards. I'm done getting jipped just because something looks nice. You do not get what you pay for in this hobby all the time. DO YOUR RESEARCH before purchase people. CannonKeys won't even let me return it. It was an extra and not on a group buy as well. BS 200 dollar paper weight
@@iLuvCats how did you get via to recognize the pad? I'm having issues with it detecting it. Also what is the sequence you have to press to get the wireless connectivity?
@@Bryllyant2 It was really odd. One of the reasons I got rid of it. I know its a file you need to upload in via that you download from one of mammoths google drive files.
