PCQ: you have a young player in the squad Antoine Hackford he’s a young striker with talent I don’t think he’ll get a lot of chances this season for Sheffield especially since you signed a new striker this episode so it’s best to loan him out in January for a season or two to get game time and grow in his overall so when he comes back he’ll be a baller

PCQ: You need to change your training plans. Put the main 11 team on a balanced or energy-focused plan, that way even with back to back matches your players won't be that exhausted. Also, put the other players that you don't use that frequently on a performance-focused plan, so that whenever you rotate the squad you won't suffer with players having low sharpness as well.

PCQ: i think you need to bring an experienced goalie like Lloris or Fabianski because Trafford isn't ready even for the relegation battle in the prem. He has some great saves but in the goalkeepers role consistency is the most important

To make It more realistic and maybe a bit longer you should Accept offers from the Big clubs in case they come like offers from Madrid Bayer barca Milan similars and the big clubs from England

If you put development plans on the youngs it would help them grow quickly and key areas.

With your training plans you need to put the starting eleven on the energy focused one and the bench in the performance one.
You should convert Vinicius Souza to a cb and use mcatee and coulibaly in the midfield. In my Sheffield United career mode, souza was very good at the back
Loan with option to buy for young potential talents might also help, player swaps to get rid of players you don’t want and get the ones you want maybe for better prices. Youth academy. And good development plans. Can really help you build your team despite low budget. Especially when you do all this in pre season before the first match. Might help a lot for a next fixing series
compared to the many series of fixing the worst clubs in the prem (and ive seen u fix a lot), this has to be the hardest
