    Thank you Matt. Tips you provided on a different video about body weight rows did wonders for me. I'm now feeling my back muscles way more than I ever did on that exercise to an extent that it's now one of my favourites.

    As the time under tension is the key, I like to do the exercises slowly.

    It doesn’t have to be yielding just by pushing hard as you can trying to push the floor away instead of pushing yourself from the floor
