Physical changes: My skin has become fairer, eyes became bigger and brighter (My sclera is whiter and it makes me look more awake). Well I guess I'll update on this. I've been using this for a while and I noticed that my face started glowing, getting softer, and some of my scars were fading. I met a friend from high school (I’m in college now) and when she saw me she kept repeating how pretty I was. I have also gotten more confident; I talk to people easily and am much better at maintaining eye contact. I’ve been receiving texts from more people consistently. Some of my older friends that I never really talked to messaged me as well.

Here's my day:
I used this for a few days and last night I went to bed at 3:00 a.m. working on a report that was due the following day. So I only got about 3 hours of real sleep, and my brain is often very lively even in dormant mode. I was muttering to myself I would never be beautiful if I went to sleep so late. I always seem to have dark circles below my eyes even when I DO sleep at normal time. Therefore you can imagine my surprise when I woke up the next day and looked in the mirror. I WAS SO BEAUTIFUL! My face looked clean and pure, with smoother skin. And while I did have an amount of darkness below the eyes, it was considerably lighter than usual. My face just seemed... beautiful. Perhaps it was because my eyes popped more, or my complexion seemed more fair. I just can't say WHAT exactly made me look different than usual, but I looked great.
Anyway, I went to school. My teachers were very nice to me. They asked me how I was doing and one of them seemed to favor me, but it could be my imagination. Just you wait another week. I'll be perfection! Okay, well that's it. Not gonna go overboard or anything.
New Update: One day after I wrote the comment above, my nose skin is regenerating. I used to always peel the bits off (because they looked dry and gross) to the point where my body's given up healing that part. Now the skin is growing back, and it's VERY hard not for me to pick them off again. I know it will be for the best if I leave them alone, but I can't stand how pasty and dry it looks. Sorry if it grossed anyone out, just saying how miraculous this is! Also, yesterday a guy checked me out as he biked past the restaurant I was eating at, and another one walking past me gave me a timid smile and quickly looked down.
New Update: One day after the prev. comment, someone said I've gotten prettier
New Update: I woke up and looked into the mirror and was stunned by how beautiful I looked. My eyes were large and sparkly, and my skin was smooth. My face was slim and tapered down to my chin (my desired). The effect faded a few hours later, so I will listen longer for permanent results.

so I've been listening to this occasionally along with the other 3 in this series. Not very regularly and sometimes only this one. I've been doing this for like 4 or 5 days, not even continuously cause I've been busy. So i didn't except much results since i wasn't very diligent. But today i realized, how my acne isn't bothering me anymore. i don't have very severe acne but a few pimples now and then.
