I've only ever seen Lake Mountain when it is covered in snow as I've only been there for cross county skiing! It's a pretty magical place but it obviously has a whole different other-life outside a winter ski season that I never knew about. Thanks for sharing this .... I never would have guessed a "VERY full obstacle" MTB trail was there and so "very easily" traversed!! 😆😁😅🤣😂
I’ve enjoyed your videos for some time. Two things I really appreciate (beyond content) is you adding the date and locations. So often dates are omitted by RUclipsrs - so thanks.
Thanks Jenny 😊 I also find it frustrating when people share videos of beautiful locations and don't tell you where it is. Good to know you appreciate those little bits 😁👍
Morning Jason. Yes, very much agree with what Jenny says. You give consideration to the viewer with as much info as possible. I don't know that much consideration was given to the banana in one of ths breakfast prep segments though. 😮 Nice to see Lexi again. Cheers Helen

I’m not a mountain biker but is there not some body that is responsible for track maintenance of mountain bike tracks? Loved the Banana Smooshing… 😂 And the views of the Marysville/Warburton area. (How painful are March fly bites? )😜 Thanks again Jason for all your work to entertain /inform us 😊
😂 I still think the spoon is the most effective tool for bananas... I love the cloud footage too. Not often I can be in a spot to take shots like that.
I have been enjoying your videos for sometime now. Your drone went in Merri Creek around about 100 m from my house and the last shots from this video are on the trail I use to get to work. I see you have travelled north up Merri Creek to Coburg Lake. If you haven’t already, I recommend heading south also to where it joins the Yarra River and associated bike paths
As I always say Jason; Thank you for taking me on a yet another great journey and tour of places that I may not get to - hopefully I will. Great footage and editing. Your experiences with your vanlife are great lessons for us newbies. Cheers, Sean.
Hi Jason, Smashed Banana the replacement for smashed Avocado. Lol. This silliness shows such a lovely part of your personality. Particularly as you do it all with a straight face and no modulation in your voice. Looking forward to a meet up when your back up this way. K&S. P.S. Karen was disturbed by the violent scenes in this vlog. Perhaps a warning next time😅😅.
😂😂 I'd like to say no bananas were harmed in the making of this video, but it would be a lie...😁 Hoping to head north in March or April...see how things play out.
Another great Vlog, your determination on those trials is amazing, beautiful scenery, I reckon I passed you in Forest Rd Lara , last week, keep up the good content, cheers from Downunder, 🦘🦘🦘❤️🇦🇺
Not sure it was determination rather than having no choice!😂 I bailed as soon as I could get out. Could have seen me in Lara. To and from the You Yang's 😁
Hi Jason have you been to Bright Vic if you ever end up going there I would love to see the drone videos apparently it’s a lovely scenic place that is on my bucket list 😊
Looking forward to more drone footage now Jason. I was waiting for the banana to shoot out like a squashed tube of toothpaste when you were "mashing" it 🙂Sorry, I can't do squished nana - it's a visual thing. Safe travels mate.
Where to next? If you ever end up near Chewton I'd love to see. Just found where all my great grandmother's family were buried and would appreciate seeing that area. I'll get down there one day.
Out next to Castlemaine. Good bike riding out there. Not sure I'll make it this time, unfortunately. Got some deadlines over the next few weeks that take me to Canberra and Sydney.
I have two Trickle Chargers Hard Wired in My Bus one keeps the Truck Batteries & one for the House Batteries. I just plug Shore Power into the side of the Bus & forget it. If yuh had that option could check into a Van Park & top up the system? Either way I'm really impressed with your Power Set Up! We stayed in Karuah Thursday Night a New Dump Point there too. In the Memorial Park beside the Bridge/River. Cheers!!
The Banana squishing was interesting lol 😂 Nice footage. The new drone looks great! Those trees were amazing!! Have you seen the massive one in the bush near Coffs Harbour? It’s insanely big. March flies are attracted to blue so no wonder they were loving you lol
Your battery dropping below 10 volts may not recover. I think you will find the reason for battery dropping that low is its buggered. Even in shade your solar panels will still produce a small amount of Amps even enough to keep battery happy. I have 10 years in caravan and motorhome electrical, happy to help.
Thanks Brad 👍 Fortunately it's been behaving just fine for the last few days now. It is a lithium battery and they're generally pretty robust to running flat. I'll be keeping a closer eye on it for a while.
I wondered why you were bashing that banana, then I realised it was over ripe and a good way to mash it. Usually its a good idea not to bash your banana.🙈 The Mini 3 doesnt have obstacle avoidance but from I have read, users of the pro version say its best to pretend you dont have it. Its not failsafe.
Do u ever go stay flowerdale wen u in that area ?? It's a good place nice people great pub u be surprised check it out be good c u up ther one day ??? Takecare
Hi Jenny. No, she backed out of the planned move so on the plus side, no need to move her anymore. It won't be easy going forward though, particularly if she loses her licence....we will see.
I don't get tired of always moving (yet) but I do get tired of being in places where there's nothing new. That's the same feeling I get living in a house 😁 No real plans as to how long I'll do this, but I also want to live in Asia at some point. Not sure when...

@helenbalmer3552 😂thanks Helen.
Taking out my frustrations on a banana was probably a little harsh 😜
Yeah, I'm with Jen. I've always liked these from your episodes. 💙
I’m not a mountain biker but is there not some body that is responsible for track maintenance of mountain bike tracks?
Loved the Banana Smooshing… 😂
And the views of the Marysville/Warburton area.
(How painful are March fly bites? )😜

Great footage of the mountain cloud. Loved the time lapse. Also enjoyed the alternate banana prep method aka bashing the crap out of it 😂
😂 I still think the spoon is the most effective tool for bananas...
I love the cloud footage too. Not often I can be in a spot to take shots like that.
Nice to see you and Lexi looking happy together. Even matching colour dressing 😂
Thanks Daisy.
Colour coordination wasn't planned 😂

Hi Luke.
I'm up for a bike ride this morning so I think I'll do that! Haven't ridden up the Yarra that way for many years. Thanks 👍
As I always say Jason; Thank you for taking me on a yet another great journey and tour of places that I may not get to - hopefully I will. Great footage and editing. Your experiences with your vanlife are great lessons for us newbies. Cheers, Sean.
Thanks Sean!
Always a new challenge to hopefully keep the videos interesting 😁

💖 lovely scenery. Bike ride always scary, ha.
Thanks 😁👍

Love the look at the Upper Yarra River & the Tunnel section is awesome! Thanks for the Video Jason!!
The Yarra is beautiful up there!👍
Morning!! I loved all your cloud footage today. That mountain bike ride was there to stop you in your tracks lol
Yeah, worth the walk to the top. I love getting cloud time-lapse 😁
Certainly one of my slowest rides 😂
Hi Jason have you been to Bright Vic if you ever end up going there I would love to see the drone videos apparently it’s a lovely scenic place that is on my bucket list 😊
Hi Debra. Yeah, been there for mountain biking a few times. I'm short on time on this trip unfortunately, but perhaps next time I'm down this way.
Great video yet again. Your right about the bike tracks, but still makes it interesting 😂😂
Terrible ride...but interesting content 😂
Looking forward to more drone footage now Jason. I was waiting for the banana to shoot out like a squashed tube of toothpaste when you were "mashing" it 🙂Sorry, I can't do squished nana - it's a visual thing. Safe travels mate.
😂😂 it's funny how sometimes a squished banana just tastes different too.
I can't wait to get to some drone worthy locations with this new one!
Where to next? If you ever end up near Chewton I'd love to see. Just found where all my great grandmother's family were buried and would appreciate seeing that area. I'll get down there one day.

@MakingStuffGoingPlaces they were at Castlemaine too so excellent shall look forward to anything from there 😄
Like the way you edit your footage and include time-lapse 👌
Thanks 👍
It's not often I can get cool time-lapse like that.
I have two Trickle Chargers Hard Wired in My Bus one keeps the Truck Batteries & one for the House Batteries. I just plug Shore Power into the side of the Bus & forget it. I do have a 20A 240V charger...but never use it. I just need to keep an eye on things better 😁
I'll add that dump point to my map, thanks!
The Banana squishing was interesting lol 😂
Nice footage. The new drone looks great! Those trees were amazing!! Have you seen the massive one in the bush near Coffs Harbour? It’s insanely big. March flies are attracted to blue so no wonder they were loving you lol
Hope to get up to Coffs this year so will have to go looking for big trees 😁👍
That will explain all the march flies 😂
As per usual great content 👍
Thanks Steven 😊
Isn't that banana abuse? 🤣🤣🤣🍌🍌🍌
Please don't notify the authorities! 😂

Usually trail maintenance falls on volunteers from local clubs. Going to be mammoth task to get that trail back!

The mini pro versions have a lot more features, including tracking modes...but the price is a lot more.
Do u ever go stay flowerdale wen u in that area ??
It's a good place nice people great pub u be surprised check it out be good c u up ther one day ???
Takecare
Thanks Trent. There so many places around that part of Vic that I haven't visited yet! I'll gradually get there 😁
Hello Jason I’m not sure if you mentioned it but do you still need to help shift your mum ? Or are you a free agent to roam as you want.
Hi Jenny. No, she backed out of the planned move so on the plus side, no need to move her anymore. It won't be easy going forward though, particularly if she loses her licence....we will see.
How long do you think you will stay on the road? Do you get tired of always moving?
I don't get tired of always moving (yet) but I do get tired of being in places where there's nothing new. That's the same feeling I get living in a house 😁
No real plans as to how long I'll do this, but I also want to live in Asia at some point. Not sure when...
That is a.. big culvert..
Appropriate place name 😂
Is your name Lenny? If not, stay off the bike path
😂😂👍
