This is one of the best records of the 21st Century thus far. This track fits well into it. Shame that all Wye Oak's other stuff is way, way different from this record.
I know the band is on record stating this chapter is essentially closed and never to be revisited, but damn.....it’s such a good chapter. Next best thing....unreleased tracks like this one.

Civilian is almost forgotten now, but it was the AV Club's Album of the Year back in 2011. One of the best albums of the decade, in my opinion
