Well elucidated !! it's so true that we, in an attempt to improve and build ourselves sometimes instead get lost in this maze of self help and motivational guides and books only to eventually realise that it's upto us to figure it out and we cannot always use templates provided by others to create our own success. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and practical wisdom.
This is so beautiful! Being a little nerdy myself and being big sucker for acronyms, I loved the idea of "Bring your own framework" I loved how the talk flowed from ODINBO - BINDHOO framework :) The gems at the end really resonated with me: Your identity is not set in stone. Every choice you take is not limiting. Be brave, be honest, be humble. No matter what you are, you are loved :) Thank you Bindu 🙌🙌
Forget about the celebrity speakers, if anybody asks me to suggest a ted talks I would prefer this one. Really I am overwhelmed. This is the summary of thousands of self help books. Thank you 🧡 Bindu.
Forget about accent... Only matters the words..she put it so beautifully and nicely so it is soo inspiring and fascinating.. Must she have gone through a lot of hard work and she is so determined 🤍🤍🤍
Brilliant ! This is the BYOB (Be Your Own Bindoo) Ted Talk that one needs to hear. Looking forward to hearing you speak more on this topic and inspire the next generation.
Bindhoo u r outstanding representer of yourself To make people understand how they should not define their identity according to others thought Read bunch of thoughts of others then build your ownframework I have heard these lines from John Be a student not a follwer
Building one's own framework is such an important move, not just for growth and progress but for absolute fulfilment! Such a fantastic way to put it across! More power to you! Loved this ❤️
So many current perspectives, weaved like intricate tapestry - - leaving some more to ponder upon ourselves later, felt the thought-provoking presentation to continue....
Thanks for every word , it seems to me that she massed all her life experience and summarised it into a lecture to direct every one who feels that he is confused with exploring his identity .
The speech She delivered really beggars description. She is so confident and simatanously pretty determined and resolved .Such a stubborn streak could help people to. embrace the challenges and cope them up quite confidently. One thing She mentioned that one should be dominated by ramifications rather would do even though sometimes the consequences happened altogether different .
I too read so many non fics 90% of what you show . I too was confused. I am now doing it myself. Everyone journey is unique . Use only thing which feels best for you
Even if you are good or doing well, some people will talk bad or criticize about you or b all time with u nice n talk behind our back ,. Which is obvious n it's okay learn to forget,.. Framework points is just fantastic such a nice presentation 👌
That's a brilliant talk! I love it because it helps me understand how I could identify myself. Sometimes when others let me introduce myself, I think it's tough because I seldom thought about myself before and realize that I cannot find some words to better describe myself. But when I watched this Ted talk, I found many phrases that match my personality. It seems like we often let others identify us and believe in that. However, we should spend some time figuring out what's our identity, because our identity also reflects our beliefs in life.
This problem of need of being something you define as successful it is always a path to misery..as your mind has self worth in comparison with others..Kirsten neffs self compassion talk is significantly deeper..Christopher Gemers take on shame dives deeper

Why is she putting on an unnatural American accent when she is speaking about self identity and self worth.
Accent is good... Madam se sikhna hoga 😃
Hmm seems like she is a copycat of the US English accent and also their culture. But some of the stuff she explained was really good..
