i would rather buy this boat over an apartment in the city, to be honest for the money i give for this boat i get a better looking "apartment" and if i dont like my neighbores i can always just sail away :P
i did exactly that. I had a liveaboard in the San Diego Harbor. I worked in Mexico every day and went across the border and returned at night. I discovered a few things: most boats are rarely if ever used, if you lose power, the boat gets really cold in the winter time (even in tropical SD), and it's considerably more expensive to maintain a boat in the water than a house. but its a wonderful experience, the "neighbors" are really nice, and the culture is very welcoming... i would strongly recommend it.

I lived in a Formosa for 18 years tripping on acid.
I can only ask if you could use the marine head on acid or pee off the side ?
